The main part is here in Marketing and Communications Department where we use Eloqua for prospecting and handling the marketing program flows. Also, we are using Eloqua for current customers where we build a site to demonstrate how they can be more efficient with their work. Eloqua is also used in courses and in events.

Biggest business benefits are that we know that all contacts are moving in the right direction and, now that the GDPR is closing, we have all matters covered for it.

Oracle Responsys is our ESP and helps support a direct response B2C online business. The nature of our business requires carefully sequenced email strategies to move people along the funnel. We've been using Responsys before they were acquired by Oracle and it has allowed this marketing channel to strive. For the past several years, we now have a dedicated email marketing manager to assist with all things Responsys, which has helped growth substantially.

Eloqua was being used from my vantage point only by the marketing teams - different teams supporting different products were using in & would estimate that for our 5,000+ employee company that about 50 were using it day to day. It was largely being used as the main tool for launching & managing online campaigns.

Maxymiser has had a very positive impact on our organization as its allowed us to go back to the global team and show them how the A/B testing we're conducting is impacting the customer and the business bottom line in a positive way.
Maxymiser is being used by us in the UK and IE organisations and also across the global organisation with very positive results.
It's helped us both to take care of issues on our website but also try new improvements and solutions without jeopardizing the customer experience or the conversion by targeting specific pages and users.

We use Eloqua to communicate internally to employees as well as externally to dealers, distributors, customers, etc. It solved one major problem we had which was commuting relevant and timely information to our employees. We are able to create segments based on business unit, job function, location and many other contacts fields which helps reduce the amount of emails employees receive. Externally, we are working on ramping up our marketing efforts and creating nurturing campaigns. I am not involved with our external efforts, but I do manage the use of Eloqua internally. We have over 125 users of the tool across both instances that span all business units, functions and regions.

Eloqua is very good with creating multi-step campaigns with personalised messages. It is very easy to create segments that can be used within the campaigns and there is no need to keep checking these. While having a campaign live, it is very easy to see where (potential) customers are in the campaign and how they are responding to emails. As a business, we implement Eloqua for our customers and it helps them get more out of the marketing budget, create compelling emails and only send those leads to Sales that are actually interested and ready to purchase.

We use BlueKai segments in almost every programmatic video and banner campaign that the agency runs. It is a value data source that can be used to reach broad and niche audiences alike. The quality is good enough that it does not generate too much ad waste reaching unqualified look a like users.

Oracle Eloqua is currently used mainly by the marketing department, and also by the customer service department (who provide the leads, market segments, and suggest promotions for the marketing department). Eloqua has been used for marketing automation and lead generation. In our company only the marketing digital lead generation team is using it. We use that only for the day to day propose of lead allocation, email marketing, tradeshow promotions and webinars. It helps us in tracking the lead activities and executing multiple promotional programs. It also helps with analytics so that we can understand the lead journey and how it got created and what will be the next step to convert it into an opportunity.

Eloqua is the front end for all contacts entering into our CRM via web forms and list uploads. We use it to send out all marketing emails for nurture campaigns and event marketing. Furthermore, we use its lead scoring engine and workflow tools to do data cleansing and lead prioritization for our sales and lead qualifiying organizations.

We provide support and managed services for the Eloqua MA platform - that means we implement and configure Eloqua instances from scratch, but also set up and execute marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, lead nurturing flows, lead scoring models and any other type of service from within the platform for our clients. Our experience with the platform, then, covers all aspects of it.
We have different experts in our organisation, some more focused on analytics and reporting, some on conceptualizing campaigns and some on asset creation, technical configuration and so on.

Eloqua is used for all email marketing across our organization. We use it for our B2B prospects and customers and our B2C prospects and customers. It solves the problem of having specific email welcome tracks for those who have purchased our software recently (welcome track). We also use it for customer retention and have specific tracks that are automated for those who are coming up for renewal. We use it for our general B2B nurture email programs to help convert leads to opportunities. We also use it on the B2C side for those who are trialing our software to convert them to paying customers.

Oracle Eloqua is used by the marketing department, the product department, and the sales department and each uses it for their respective needs. The marketing department uses it to set up and execute marketing campaigns and especially targeted campaigns for our different segments. We love that we are able to set everything up for this within Eloqua, and can then analyze how effective our campaigns have been.

We use Eloqua as our marketing automation system for outbound as well as internal communications. It also helps us manage our contact database and create end to end tracking for all our marketing efforts. Eloqua allows us to market like a world class organization with compliance to the CANN-SPAM laws as well as automating various components of our digital marketing initiatives.
