Our Organization uses Oracle Responsys for Promotional & Non-Promotional Email & SMS campaigns. The platform is crucial in helping us drive revenue and streamline our operations. We create campaigns to push users to purchase our products online and in-store.

My department uses Eloqua to test new programs, promote our events, engage our customers, and support our sales reps. We also use it as a demo environment and testing environment for some of our clients. In this way we are using it for two lines of business within our company. Both the direct marketing and the consulting side. It must both run complex tests and iterations as well as our marketing programs. We have our users set up with restrictions based on their roles and line of business, which allows us to maintain the dual use.

We use Eloqua to support direct messaging for the revenue administration. It is used within the Contact Centre and by the Communication team. We were very low on engagement with customers as the bulk of our messages was through public notices put on either on newspapers or through advertisements on TV. Our messages lacked a personal touch and were generic which means there was little response when there was action required from the customer.

We use Eloqua as our B2B email marketing platform. It is integrated into Salesforce, Cvent, and gets regular data feeds from various data stores. We have two instances, one for internal communications and one for internal and external messages and data collection. The reporting engine is also used to better unnderstand our email engagement. Eloqua is mostly used for forms and emails. It helps use create the top of our lead funnel up to the MQL stage when it is handed off. We also use Eloqua for internal employee communications so we can track our employee engagement. Legal and IT security have approved Eloqua for storing PII in a GDRP complient way.

We are using Eloqua for the marketing team. It is used to orchestrate marketing campaigns, send email communications to our subscribers and existing customers, create landing pages for digital marketing campaigns, capture lead information and pass it on to Salesforce, and ensure our data is consistent and clean. Eloqua helps us to go to market much faster, automate communications with prospects and customers while staying personal and making sure the content we send is relevant to them.

Currently we're using Eloqua on the homeowner side of the house, but we're in the midst of an implementation to bring our demand gen (contractor side) team onto our instance. The next implementation planned is with Salesforce, which will bring our sales team and account management teams into the mix as well.

Our challenges are around finding the best ways to communicate with our homeowners to deliver the best possible experience during their home improvement project, which is an inherently stressful and potentially expensive process. Understanding how they want to be communicated with, what type of content is most relevant, and also educating them ahead of any interaction with a contractor are all key goals for our team in 2019. Additionally, we want to better understand the power of SMS through Eloqua as we move more and more towards a mobile first model.

We use it for email and SMS deployment. It is used by marcomm team, to share information both internally and externally. Overall, it helps us with our marketing initiatives. There is a chance that we may widen usage of the tool, to include sales staff some point in the near future.

We use Oracle Eloqua to solve our marketing automation needs. We use the product to manage and send email campaigns, manage webinars in conjunction with various Oracle Eloqua apps, event management; asset management (digital assets), lead scoring and MCL/MQL to CRM integration. Via automation, the product allows us to perform many tasks without the need for a large staff.

Eloqua was used across multiple segments to build triggered active user campaigns as well as inactive user winback. The key business issues we were trying to drive include reviews, capture replacement part sales, and deepen the relationship with the consumer. We had a huge database that hadn't been touched before we brought on Eloqua.

Eloqua is used for launching email campaigns. For us, it allows us to easily customize the frequency, content, branch, direction, and other characteristics of the campaign. Our Marketing department is who currently uses it most to assist in the pipeline process. It allows automation without too many manual interventions and frees people up to make more important decisions.

Our Marketing team uses Oracle Eloqua to send emails to our customers - I manage Internal Communications for the company and decided it would be a good service to use for our internal emails as well, so everything would have a consistent look and feel and our Team Members would receive the same professional, well-designed and formatted emails that our customers do. So Marketing and Internal Communications use the product, and it allows us to send emails and get metrics back on open rates, tracking, etc. to measure the success of campaigns.

Responsys was only used by the marketing remit vs. whole organization. Solely for email purposes, the solution was to help with the broadcast of daily emails to customers. Regrettably, the solution only had the front end pixel installed rendering the full solution harder to use given the limit on querying our database.

We use Eloqua to create communications to our partners and customers. It allows us to create a specific cadence of contact: an invitation, which generates a registration page, which generates an email confirmation, etc.

We use Eloqua as our primary marketing automation tool to help execute email programs which include transactional, onboarding and integrated marketing campaigns. Eloqua is used by marketing teams in all regions. We also provide access to our sales teams to view individual profiles for each contact.

We use Eloqua as the central hub for all campaigns throughout ADP. Every single physical and digital campaign runs through Eloqua in one way or another. Eloqua is our system of record you could say. Eloqua is our main tool for email campaigns for many groups within the company and helps us centralize and manage the volume of interactions we have with customers and prospects. All lead forms are also controlled through Eloqua which allows us to maintain a strict standard of lead qualification.
