- Need to mature the products they release. The problem we encounter is that Oracle releases a new feature and doesn't fully mature it, at which point starts releasing other new features. In the end what ends up happening is that there are all these cool features that lose attention because new features come out and those older features never fully mature.
- There are a lot of bugs in the system. I am concerned that everything is not fully tested.
- My Oracle Support is very laggy..sometimes we don't get the attention we need for things that are super urgent.

- Assignments of ISM and CSM are poor. In our case, no assignment of an ISM was made until we escalated through our sales channel. Further, the ISM set her own success criteria rather than working with us on this. Even though the project isn't fully implemented, the ISM removed herself from the implementation effort. No CSM is assigned to our account.

- Oracle update and patch documentation - it provides what's coming but isn't always specific enough on when it's coming.

Very New User Review
Implementation could have been better, but this could be due to our consultant. I wish we would have been trained ahead of time, instead of training while implementing, and making decisions without knowing the downstream effects of those decisions.

- Security is solid but very complex to understand and support seems to struggle with it as well.

- Key feature is many elements of talent management is integrated (though the Spotlight feature)

- System is slow at times, frustrating leaders who want to use the system - they do not have the patience to wait for data to be displayed
- It would be a real win if they tailored their product to professional services organization - it is still inflexible outside of the traditional corporate model

- Oracle HCM Cloud integrates well with critical systems, including delivered integration with Oracle ERP Cloud and ADP
- HCM Cloud has a fine-grained security model that can cover almost all of the cases that we need
- HCM Cloud delivers a constantly maturing, enterprise-class experience
- HCM Cloud is often not straightforward. The complexity that is built into a flexible enterprise-class system should be abstracted away from the default displays, so that more of the work is straightforward unless the user drills into the advanced options.
- Performance is an ongoing concern, particularly performance of batch processes.
- Reporting solutions are overly complicated. HCM Extracts are cumbersome, BI Publisher doesn't perform well, and OTBI is not flexible enough
