After using this HR solution, it increased the productivity of the employees. It's a time-saving solution to manage all the things between Employees and HR department. With its feature of lodging tickets for HR department to resolve any HR matters, it is a really time-saving solution for employees.

Since the compliance was delivered out of the box for almost all areas in oracle HCM, this was great for saving development cost and regulatory audits were no longer headaches for the HR departments. Especially in Benefits, Payroll, Compensations, and union-related functions. Reducing the time spent on these increases the productivity of the HR department. The ability to build reports and track most employee engagement in the application was another aspect that justified moving to Oracle HCM.

There was a clear increase in the productivity of HR admins and employees directly involved in recruitment and HR. The amount of time to get a new candidate in the recruitment process and either reject or make an offer was reduced leading to an increase in % of hire and since it was now possible to interview more hires, the quality of new hires was improved as well.

We have been able to streamline our operations. A lot of paper based processes have now been transitioned to the Oracle HCM. We have been able to capture employee feedback in a better way and been able to track candidate sources. It has helped us take decisions about job advertisements, i.e. which sources generate good candidate traffic.

Usually most of the companies take a few weeks to months to complete the merit or bonus cycle. Implementing a tool like Oracle HCM really improves productivity and reduces the time taken for these reviews.

In terms of decreasing employee turnover, we had identified the important resource within the organization and we could work about retaining them.
We were be able to increase the productivity of HR administration but this did not reflect on our employees. We were able to have more control and be compliance since any performance review has to be supported by alignment with the company objective, it is early yo decide on the workforce insight since it has been only one year since we completed the implementation.

Now the hiring process is at least two times faster than in the past and now the whole portfolio of possible candidates is in the system. The HR team is more productive and can devote more time to analyzing staff objective reports to help them reach their goals. It detects lack of skill and helps them with courses within the platform

Yes, it saves my team roughly 1hr/day when we want to be very thorough and go through every application. Because we are a large financial institution firm, even one opening will have at least 200 applicants in it, and before, having our recruiter forward over emails of ZIP files of resumes was cumbersome.

Previously we were using multiple HR management solutions for different tasks, which made it difficult to manage. Cross-referencing was cumbersome and determining the overall efficiency of our HR system was nearly impossible. Switching over to Oracle HCM Cloud changed this, and as a result, we were able to get more good quality new hires, lower instances of employee turnover, and improved compliance oversight thanks to the flexibility of Oracle HCM.

We're still in the beginning stages. So far, it's been fairly successful. Our manager still needs training in the systems, so there's still quite a learning curve in that respect. Once we go through another performance cycle I think we'll have a better measure on the success of this product and other modules.
