One of the major advantages of the Oracle Java SE Subscription is that it provides 24*7 support and the support staff is quite knowledgeable as well. Whenever we have raised our query, we got the resolution of our queries within a few hours only. Also, the community is great and people are very helpful there to resolve queries.

The support provided by the Oracle Java SE Subscription service is actually great. It does provides 24*7 support to resolve the Java related issues. The support staff is quite knowledgeable and they were able to help with our issues within hours of raising the query. Also the community is great and the members are able to help in resolving the issues as well.

During the setup process, Oracle's team was very supportive of working with our team to help introduce the subscription services for both Desktop machines and their cloud-based options. We have contacted them several times since and they have always been able to provide experts who could quickly help us with a large variety of problems. Having 24/7 access to this kind of support has been a significant stress relief for the organization and we are happy to recommend them because of this.

Oracle Java SE Subscription support is comprehensive in terms of documentation, resources provided, and availability of support engineers to help resolve issues. They were able to provide SLAs of 1 day for support tickets rated on critical/production status. Support engineers were willing to get on calls and look at our code and deployments to determine where issues were, and were able to return with viable solutions within very reasonable timeframes.

The customer support is quite proactive in solving the issues. Most of the time a support engineer was assigned pretty quickly and average turnaround time is also great. Bugs got solved really quickly. That is what is expected from Oracle. Sometimes it takes some time to get assistance, but most of the time it was quite fast.

I gave such a high rating because Oracle has a large support base and consistently provides an efficient experience. Their assistance is always readily available. Any of our technical issues are quickly resolved either the same day or within the following day. Any type of bug or coding issue is always repaired quickly as well.
