Importantly Easy
We currently use Osano to manage our cookies on nearly 20+ websites. We use the consent manager product to sort cookies and scripts that run on these sites. Our partnership with Osano began when the CCPA was enacted and we needed a robust tool to make our sites compliant. I single-handedly use the Osano platform within my organization. The sites were initially set up with Osano nearly 2 years ago and I continue to manage the running scripts and classifications within the platform.
- Improves the product regularly
- Easy to manage the cookies and scripts
- "Blocklist" feature is handy for spamy scripts still lurking on old sites.
- [I] would like to have more details on what the scripts/cookies are for (it isn't always clear).
- The step-by-step process of classifying scripts and saving vs. publishing is clunky and unclear.
- Some [of the] naming conventions aren't intuitive - compliance mode, strict, passive, etc.

- Allowing [and] disallowing scripts to run on websites
- Customizable popup settings so the user experience can be created to best fit the website
