We are using PaloAlto deployment and as there is a issue to get new hardware especially for new small offices we tested PRISMA and we like it. Simple to setup and it is easy to manage and safe time and money for new office deployments in new location especially if the offices would be less then 20 people.
  • Many ISP providers
  • Always UP
  • Many gateways to connect to
  • licensing for large amount of people can be pricey
Deployment of small office without spending too much of hardware and quite easy to install. Remote management also is a plus as you will not be able to send people to many locations in these interesting times. You can easy check logs in the cloud to see what is happening where and at the end you do not need to patch that devices.
  • Remote access
  • Easy to troubleshoot
  • Easy to configure
  • Licensing based on per user per last 90 days

We use CloudGenix devices all across the organization. They are used to help route traffic between sites. It is also used to prioritize network traffic and the different types we have. It has given us the ability to remove old MPLS lines and move to using a newer standard.
  • The ability to see all traffic and pinpoint issues.
  • Ability to prioritize applications and their traffic.
  • Some warning messages are hard to pinpoint the actual issue.
  • Support was faster at first, seems to not be as quick as in the beginning.
CloudGenix would be suited for any company that has an internet connection if you have multiple sites you could use this to help with network traffic and what should take precedence over other applications. If you didn't have various sites, you could go with another type of internet connection.CloudGenix may not be suited for that scenario.
  • It has saved us a lot of money moving from an MPLS connection.
  • It has given better video quality with international calls.
CloudGenix is the first product with SDWAN that we have used. There are others out there, but I cannot speak to those as I do not have any experience with them.
The support was super fast in the beginning. Sometimes it seems now that the support does not get back to you as quickly. When we do get in contact with the support, they are usually knowledgeable and can help find the problem. The support has also been easy to work with.

CloudGenix is being used by all offices within our company. It is being used to manage multiple Internet and MPLS circuits as well as provide Point to Point VPN Backup paths if a particular circuit goes down in any office. ClodGenix also allows us to actively utilize our backup internet circuits. Prior to CloudGenix the backup circuits sat there utilized and would only be used in the event of a failure. With CloudGenix all circuits are monitored and the best path is used for all traffic.
  • Circuit Monitoring
  • QOS of network traffic
  • High Availability
  • Unable to perform NAT through Site to Site VPN
It is well suited for any company who would like to implement an SDWan solution. Their Implementation team is well suited to analyze your existing infrastructure and build out the SDWan solution to meet your company needs. Their portals are user-friendly and easy to navigate and they are continually adding new and improved features.
  • Reduced Down time
  • Improved throughput due to their intelligent data analytics
  • Full utilization of all data circuits
We evaluated Silverpeaks and Cisco. We found that CloudGenics' had a pricing model that met our needs. The sales team we worked with went over our existing environment thoroughly to provide the right size solution without compromising or limiting our technology needs. While the overall solutions form each vendor would have worked, we simply believed CloudGenic was the right fit for our company based on price, sales, support, and functionality.
