Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

DocuSign was not as easy to use, but it has been a long time. My colleagues and I were happy to be using PandaDoc once we got used to it. This transition took place rather quickly. It really is an "ease to use" type of software.

PandaDoc is way easier to use than any other document system that I’ve experienced. The value proposition is definitely better than competitors, both the desktop and mobile user experience is significantly better, the functionality is much more intuitive, and the product is very polished and modern. I also like that they don’t bother you with additional product offering. Basically what you want is what you get.

This is so much simpler and has really pushed our prospects to sign same day, if not actually on a call. We're talking contracts 25k and above. So I am fully invested in using PandaDocs for as long as we can, hopefully that will be forever if the product can keep up with our growth.

Docu sign is expensive and doesn't offer the same amount of freedom with their free plans.

I use Panda only when necessary so I don't need to sing on to a plan that costs money.

I only use it for signing on new online clients, so its great that their is no bill for just doing that

PandaDoc stacks up above and beyond. It's replaced having to create a document in Word, save it to PDF, and then upload it for signature in an e-sign tool. I can create my documents in the editor. Present proposals in presentation mode instead of powerpoint and send directly from one application.

While they are similar, with PandaDoc you get more for your money and the fact that you can use CRM's with PandaDoc makes it better. I've only used DocuSign to sign documents. Sending quotes from PandaDoc has been a good experience and customer support is great. Having a PandaDoc contact also makes us feel supported.
