It looks much better than the pdf proposal we were using that was designed in MS Word and Google Doc's. The formatting is much more efficient and easy to keep consistent across the whole document and the spacing is always perfect as well. Overall we are very pleased with the output files as they look much more professional.

It is much easier to glance at a form and know where it files, as opposed to an email response. You have to read each email to know what to do with it. A form is automatic for its professional look and easy to spot which form you have for filing.

I give PandaDoc this rating because everything about their document management platform works really well. From creating a contract to the payment integrations to the real time notifications to the digital end user experience, everything is intuitive and works great. Furthermore, the mobile app works exceptionally well allowing for seamless document management on the go!

It’s user friendly plus it’s available for both ends user end and creator end.plus notifications you can get it and confirmation.

It comes out-of-the-box with professional templates and design. The migration team helped up onboard our documents, and achieve or 'on-brand' look all within the system. It has steadily improved over the years, and I expect it will continue to do so.

I do think that pandadoc is pretty smooth for the layout. its easy to access from hubspot and also the data pull is really accurate. I think there could be work done on the editing site just to clean it up a bit and make it easier to edit and create.

PandaDoc allows us to customize documents with our own branding, including logos, color schemes, and fonts. This level of customization contributes to a professional and cohesive look that aligns with our company's brand identity. The platform offers a wide range of templates that are professionally designed. These templates serve as a good starting point for creating polished documents.

The interface is a little too colorful for my liking but that is being nit picky...

So easy to use, even it's not really necessary the support from IT department to learn how to use it.

It doesn't look PROFESSIONAL per se, but I really don't look for that. It looks EASY TO USE, and that is way more important for me.
In fact, I really appreciate the "new easy-to-use look" in stead of, let's say, a banking page. Less bureaucratic, less stiff. More dynamic and enjoyable.

Clean and simple UI. Quick to adapt to amateur does not need any special document to read before we can use it.

I have some documents that are very legal and plain - but my proposals look amazing. I can incorporate visual elements that make the proposals pop. Plus, having my own company style guide built in keeps things looking consistent. Finally, there is the content blocking and spacing options that ensure your never in a crowded design situation. Everything stays spaced and accessible for readers.

Overall it looks great and clean.

It's very professional.

It has an editor where I can create the document directly from the application. It has options for designs and integrates with Canva. In 3 years of using PandaDoc, it's constantly improved the UI.

Documents look just like PDFs.

In general the look and feel and flexibility of what you can create is fantastic.

I believe Pandadoc is better than most other tools in the market in this space. It would be nice if the calculated fields were more powerful and signing box's could be linked to fields in the tables so they move in conjunction with one another but those are minor things.

The documents look professional because they are. The quote template that we use works very well for our organization. It creates a uniform aesthetic which is what you want. It's like sending the same calling card with different information. When sending documents to a customer, first impressions are everything. PandaDoc helps you to make a seamlessly good first impression with their templates, the content and the rest is up to the user.

This gets high marks because it's pretty much up to the level of design work the end user is capable of.

It makes some of small but important document look very professional. We even have some clients compliment us on how our document look and how easy they are to use.

They look like the original document that my customer has already been presented with; no weird suprises!

Ultimately the agreements or docs look exactly like you want them to look because you have full creative control. Branding is critical today and Panda Doc makes it easy.

I give it this rate because of the ease of use, ease for clients, time savings for my business, clients being able to have a copy of what they signed immediately and professional appearance with up-to-date technology.
