We have greatly benefitted from using the e-signatures as well as the real time notifications. This allows our sales team to reach out to customers right away when documents are viewed or signed, and follow up right away if required. The redlining is useful but not used a lot since we've perfected our templates but has come in handy for scope agreements with clients which requires back and forth.

eSignature has helped with students who haven’t found the time to come in and finalize enrollment. It has also opened a world to get outside of state students. I wish notifications would be more frequent and you could have several users, but that is more of preference than needed!

PandaDoc ability to build a form which holds comments, real time notifications along with the mobile-friendly eSignature has benefited myself, faculty, employers, and students to keep communication open and speedy.

It maintains a professional look to all users and is quickly dispersed and responses come back in a timely manner, usually within seconds.

My company has benefitted from using PandaDoc because it provides a streamlined, seamless, end to end document management process. It’s efficient for both my company, my clients, and is great for record keeping. The real time notifications via both mobile alert and email are quite useful because it makes it easy to manage the contract without having to keep checking.

Pandadoc has greatly streamlined what used to be a lot of back-n-forth cycles. The ability to redline and make comments, collaboratively with both internal and external team members, including clients, mean we cut way down on communication cycle times. The eSignature capability, which seems to work about anywhere, means I can do business everywhere, and do!

Real time notifications allows me to know when prospects are viewing the doc, as well as when theyve completed it. This means during critical time periods, where siging is crucial by a certain time, we can make the appropriate follow up plan with prospects to push them over the line.

This is an awesome tool no matter the time that you receives the document to review and sign it, it's possible do it by the mobile phone, as i mentioned, it's not necessary take a previous training to start using it, it's enough to follow the intuitive UI application and you will be get very good results.

I usually don't use Pandadoc to streamline deal cycles by consolidating communication within their platform. Hence, I haven't benefited, from using tools like redlining, commenting, real-time notifications, and mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities.
I upload contracts created by me on word or pdf and use it to have them digitally signed. I use it only on my computer. Never on mobile.

I have benefitted from e-signatures immensely.

it streamlines my whole process with onboarding new clients abroad, save me time, and ensures that clients come onboard quick and easily without any hassles.

I really recommend this as an option for other online PTs out there for sure, it has been super useful for me.

I've leveraged the commenting quite a bit to ask if the recipient has questions or to remind them that there are pending actionables to move the process along to completed status. Others have used the suggested edits and relining for negotiations.

We mainly use the e-signature functionality and signing orders to help in this space.

We don't do a lot of red-lining or commenting on agreements but this is useful functionality to have and in another line of work would be a fantastic tool.

Once the quote has been sent and signed the work can begin. Our sales team is always on the go. They can work with a customer that has signed their documents from anywhere. They aren't trapped by their computer and the notifications make it that much easier. Being able to put PandaDoc on your phone is great as well.

We don't allow redlining, as a rule. Our team also doesn't use commenting. The mobile-friendly signatures are excellent, as it provides our clients with an added level of simplicity and convenience. Real-time notifications are fine, we don't "need" that feature but it is nice to have.

Having a library of templates is very nice.

Using panda docs saves a ridiculous amount of time when we used to print and post every single document. I would recommend using panda docs to every business if they want to streamline what they do. They are always making useful updates as well to keep with the ever changing and modern times.

One of the best features of Panda Doc is that all of the communication in the deal as it nears the closing cycle is all around the agreement…both internally and externally. Flexing expiration dates, start dates, and one-off incentives motivated all parties to stay on task into a deal ratified by all parties.

Real-time notifications have been critical because I can see when my client has viewed the document and then when it is completed. Many times there is a lag time because they have questions they need to call me on, so if I see they have viewed the document but not completed it, It would be because they have a question so I can reach out to them, knowing they are in the process of reviewing.
