We use PandaDoc for all our contracts. Most frequently we use for contracts to do leases, home sales, etc. We have a software program set up to interface through PandaDoc API, however, there is a bug in their system and we have not been able to use for 6 days. PandaDoc tech support is pretty awful. There is no IT line or real person you can call, Just emails and chat boxes. This downtime is having a significant impact on our business and yet they seem to have no urgency to correct. Of the two human beings we have been able to get in contact with, neither one is located in this hemisphere, let alone in the US.

We used the document for all of our written proposals and contracts for clients. It allowed us to have several versions of our proposals/contracts per client or opportunity. This gave us a leg up on our competition due to its professional look and personalization we needed with relative ease. Took a little time to understand all the intricacies but is an easy program to use and learn.

We do employment letters annually for all staff (about 200 people) at one time. It’s terrible to manage via mail merges. PandaDoc streamlines everything and makes tracking a breeze. It’s also more intuitive than DocuSign and has a more flexible price point.

We use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts as well as our internal documents for our employees. PandaDoc is accessible directly through our Salesforce CRM page for each client and we can track the status of our contracts from draft to signed and paid. The integration with Salesforce is critical and so beneficial for our company.

In order to accurately recruit, retain and document our volunteer base, we needed an application process that made it easy for our volunteers to apply on their own time without relying on paper or risk losing their application. PandaDoc makes it very easy for us to keep track of where volunteers are at in filling out necessary documents with a high level of accountability for information verification.

We use PandaDoc for getting contracts reviewed and signed by our partners. We work with both very small and very large organizations and need the ability to easily send (and often revise) contracts. Most of our partners prefer to e-sign, and PandaDoc ensures they don't miss signature lines or fields they need to complete. We typically send 2-3 contracts a week.

We used PandaDoc to create proposals and Statements of Work to send to our clients. This was a simple way for us to put together the project scope, deliverables and pricing for the projects for client review. Once agreed, both the client and director from our team would sign off and we integrated payment methods, such as Stripe, to allow our clients to make payments online.

We use PandaDoc across our entire revenue team to send out agreements and contracts, collaborate with legal/procurement users at our customers and prospects via comments, and easily attach our MSA & terms and conditions to facilitate red lines. PandaDoc allows us to easily and clearly lay out both the commercial and legal terms of our agreements with an extremely intuitive platform. Our average time to signature is definitely in line with - or ahead - of other SaaS companies due to using PandaDoc.

We fabricate wood windows, doors, storm windows, storm doors, and shutters (interior and exterior). We use PandaDoc to obtain signatures on our estimates or contracts for projects. We also use PandaDoc to receive signatures for approval drawings. This allows us to move forward with a project at a much faster pace than having to wait for a mailed document.

We use PandaDoc for onboarding documents for all new clients. These e-docs rapidly increase the time to close the deal with the required docs. We use it for the proposal document and the end-user agreement. Both provide the needed information to set up and create a new account. it expedites the time for signatures and additional information.

We use PandaDoc for various projects - we send documents to clients in order to have contracts signed, and we create documents to send to our candidates like an employee handbook, onboarding paperwork, etc. It has made onboarding a breeze and has really improved our process to obtain direct deposit information. People are not always comfortable emailing that information so PandaDoc's security gives extra comfort to our candidates and clients alike.

We use PandaDoc to create quotes in order to sell our email services to our clients. We needed a platform that would allow us to quickly create and send quotes with a professional look. We use PandaDoc to complement the lead management we do with the Pipedrive CRM: each quote contains the number of licenses of the chosen products, as well as the final price including discounts and taxes.

I use it to have clients sign client documents remotely; I sign the electronic documents myself electronically, then pass the documents on to the clients to sign. I don't have to print, sign, scan, and email, I can just do it directly through PandaDoc. I don't have to purchase a printer, and I don't have to see the client in person, which would be the other option.

As a Circus company, I need to include beautiful pictures and vidéos in my quotations, also I need to be flexible about how many artists my clients can book. With PandaDoc, it is very easy for my clients to see very quickly all the possibilities, they can manage the price table themselves by changing the number of artists because they are all an Equipe to take the final décision.

I use PandaDoc every day to send out documents to families that require signatures. PandaDoc speeds up the entire process of getting documents signed. Where we used to mail them it could take weeks or even months to get them back. Now we get them back extremely fast, some even on the same day.

We use PandaDoc daily to send proposals, service agreements, and client information forms. We were able to integrate the software into our CRM program, which helps us keep all proposals and documents organized. We are a high-end design company so our documents need to be aesthetically pleasing and very professional looking. PandaDoc solves this problem.
