Excellent service that saves time and money
- Organizes documents to be signed
- Allows electronic signature to avoid meeting in person
- Saves time by allowing signatures to be done virtually
- SOmetimes the email is sent to junk mail
- The fields at times are hard to place

Satisfied.
- Selection of fields. Ex. Text, signature, date, checkbox, etc.
- Allows users to send reminders.
- Notifications letting users know when a signer has viewed and completed the document.
- Maintaining a history of previous recipients' emails and names when I'm ready to documents.
- I am completely satisfied with PandaDoc.

Serious Review but Written Casually
- Consolidates Salesforce data
- Quickly generates links to send to customers
- Recognizable name so new customers don't freak out thinking it's some sort of scam
- Random, but I'm a huge fan of the color scheme
- I like the name and logo a lot lol
- Its ability to download in other formats than PDF is helpful. Lotta ppl in my industry, AEC, prefer software like Bluebeam and this works with that
- Could be a bit quicker, overall. Generating docs and links. A very miniscule request because it's virtually perfect. Remember what I said first, I'm a product of this instant gratification society
- I log into PandaDocs every single day I'm at work. No exceptions. Only days I don't log on are Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally it'll make me retype password info and be like "just verifying it's you"
- Ya'll ask me to review it a lot. I like ya'll so I am. But I bet others get annoyed? idk
- Create library of branded elements and templates to use in documents.
- Manage signers and signatures.
- Match corporate style guides, including custom fonts and colors.
- Interweave variables in templates and documents to speed up sending new docs.
- Layouts for multi-column design are based on tables and feel a little constrained.
- Pricing better suited for small, boutique teams would be nice. It's just a little pricey. Worth it though.

- easy interface. easy to use, and navigate
- saves documents that may be used a lot.
- the ability to check progress of documents and send reminders
- I do wish we had a little additional time before the documents expired.
- if document expires the ability to make small changes and resend.

- compliance with digital signature requirements
- Ease of use and implementation
- sometimes the system glitches when signing on the phone or ipad
- auto placing signature spots and fill spots is finicky and we dont use it much

I enjoy using Panda Doc
- Gives us Electronic Signatures where it could have taken days to get we get in short Time
- I wish that it was easier to Make Changes to Panda Doc Sent and change of emails if typed in Wrong it is a little tidiest to change

- User-friendly interface
- Reminders if someone hasn't signed the document yet
- Ability to CC other parties that need to receive the document
- Ability to see who has viewed the document
- I'd like to see how it would handle forms (e.g. consent forms)

Digital Signature for a Small Consultancy
- Remote contract signature
- Tracking of document views or interactions
- Live notification of actions on documents
- Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
- Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.

User friendly and time saving
- Attorney client contracts
- Settlement agreements
- Once completed by the parties, the document cannot be signed by the Court. I have to convert the document to a pdf to submit to Judge.
- The certificate of authenticity is bulky and awkward

- Monitoring the workflow of the document throughout the life cycle
- Some of the editing functionality makes it difficult to change formatting
- Some of the variables don't pull in as desired
- The variable date doesn't update to today's date depending on send date

PandaDoc is great for Small Business
- Allows us to see when and how often a recipient has looked at a document
- Allows us to see how long a recipient has looked at specific pages
- Take the user error out of signing contracts
- Better integration with Outlook so we can see when in our Sent folder that documents have been sent

Cut time on proposal and contract creation
- Content library: easy to add custom content
- Variables within documents: quick to personalize a document for a specific users
- General design: PandaDoc documents generally look professional
- Analytics: some of the analytics are only available at the document level, i.e., which page someone looked at. I wish it was easier to see analytics on page views across documents
- User experience: not fully intuitive - as someone who has trained many people to use, it does require some initial learning curve
- Formatting: some of the numbering and lettering, especially subclauses in contracts, can be tricky or nonexistent
