Streams by PanTerra Networks offers unified communications features with live support


Supported in-house with no customer support phone scripts, call run-arounds, or support ticket juggling, users get 30-second live support from stateside technicians. Additionally:

Whenever I have contacted support, it has been very efficient and helpful. They usually will fix whatever you're asking them to fix on their end, which is helpful because the system isn't very intuitive or user-friendly in my opinion. It's a big learning curve.

The support team is fantastic, probably the best I have experienced with any company. If I have a question, I can quickly chat with support and they resolve the problem nearly immediately. I don't have to call a phone number and wait on the line for hours for a response. Overall, the support team is one of the main reasons we continue to utilize PanTerra Streams.

They have by far the best support! I can dial 611 from any phone and someone is waiting right away to help. They have yet to not solve a problem quickly and efficiently. The person on the other end is polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic support compared to any company we've dealt with to date - just as promised!

PanTerra's customer support is by far the most responsive of all of the VOIP services we have used. Their people respond within hours and have always found a solution to our question. Some of our past providers actually couldn't find any solution to issues that PanTerra has shown to be simple.

-experienced responsive support when speaking to support. Online support can be frustrating. -have had to be upgraded to higher support levels and have experienced frustration at that level with urgency/timeliness. -in my experience, lack of local support/technicians is a problem. once our system was installed, the retailer pretty much dumped us on panterra support which was quite the surprise when expecting to have local support.

They are always quick to respond and help me with anything. They will ask questions if needed but usually they will quickly take care of whatever I need within 12 hours of sending in a ticket. I love that they don't ask me to do it with instructions unless I'm asking for instructions for next time.

The support team is always helpful. Each time that I have had to contact them to make account changes or have any other questions they are able to answer my questions with ease and in a way that I can understand what needs to be done.
