The Salesforce Audience Studio tools are the more responsive and flexible interface with plenty of features and its performance speed is the best. For data mining and database management and even workflow management, Salesforce Audience Studio is a suitable platform. Engagement and easy customer service management and even the communication strategy provided by Salesforce Audience Studio are perfect.

We were able to make the most of the quantity of data our Sales team had access to through the use of Salesforce Audience Studio, thanks to its easy integration with our Salesforce instance. Because this platform can compete with many of its rivals' core capabilities without the need to acquire different tools, form several system connections and integrations, API calls, etc. it is one of the biggest advantages of adopting this platform.

We had some scenarios and limitations on Oracle Data Cloud. With help of Salesforce, we were able to overcome most of those limitations. This made the work more efficient and productive as integration and providing Ad data to other parties became much more sophisticated and easy. This is helping the business in saving a lot of time and effort.

At the time of review, it came down to how a Salesforce Audience Studio would potentially play better with our other tools and platforms used throughout the company. We were due a review of our SOP in the coming years, so in which case selecting products within the same ecosystem makes sense of an easier integration.

We chose Salesforce Audience Studio over these competing products because it was a part of our overall Salesforce CRM contract and it made financial sense to bundle it along with our other products. I also feel the sales team did a great job in answering our questions and talking to an enterprise-level organization v/s some of the competing platforms out there.

Salesforce Audience Studio integrated seamlessly with our Salesforce instance and allowed us to maximize the wealth of data available to our Sales team when conducting outreach or audience segmentation. One of the biggest benefits to using this platform is that, to an extent, it can compete with many of the key functionalities of its competitors without the need to purchase multiple tools, form countless system connections and integrations, API calls, etc.

Salesforce advertising cloud is easy to use with drag and drop functionality through which we can create professional-looking Emails. The user interface is good but it only lacks is the learning curve which is more and is not easy to understand by marketing people. Other than that, it is a great tool.

Mailchimp is a great choice for smaller to medium sized companies, but would recommend moving to Salesforce Marketing Cloud once your company has grown larger. I have had terrible experiences both with the Revinate and TravelClick platforms and would recommend Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud over each platform - they simply don't come close to having the same capabilities and they can be quite glitchy.

We selected Marketo for marketing team and salesforce marketing cloud in no way stacks up against Marketo. We got it for sales outreach[.]

The decision for our organization to switch to Pardot was a global decision and was not very popular. Countries in our company who were using Marketo were very happy and we seem to have limited ourselves by going with Pardot. Overall, Pardot works fine, but Marketo has much more capability and does everything better than Pardot.

If you use salesforce for your sales team, Pardot is the best option because it integrates the best. It allows you to notify sales team members more easily and reports in SalesForce are easier to create. HubSpot offers a better all-around marketing solution, but doesn't integrate as well, which can cause confusion for the sales team trying to follow up on inbounds.

As Marketo was the first choice of some of our clients to handle their B2C communication. But Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio makes a huge difference for the clients using it and handle their both B2B/B2C communication. It helps us to grab a lot of new projects and win a lot of deals in the pipeline. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio works as a great tool with a lot of features and easiness to create personalized/ dynamic emails, cloud pages, and landing pages and saves a lot of time and meet the deliverability.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is more of a business-to-consumer (B2C) platform, and Marketo is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Salesforce helped us reach customers at various touch-points in our marketing pipelines with its Journey Builder & Email Studio feature.
