Pardot offers equal or better performance when compared to other industry leaders. It's as user-friendly as Emma and Mailchimp and outpaces others like Blackbaud Luminate. The WYSIWYG (like all other email platforms) has some quirks to navigate around, but it's generally easy to use. The integration with Salesforce allows for more thorough reporting and a deeper view into the constituent journey.

Our digital hub nave used multiple other solutions like Adobe Campaign classic, Adobe Campaign standard, Eloqua, Adobe Marketo based on the different client preference and requirements. However, Salesforce marketing cloud email studio robustness, dynamic content, and integration with Salesforce and other CRM's. It also helps while the target audience is large and the client needs to shot out a lot of emails on a daily/weekly basis.

Eloqua had a more visual UI, where Pardot goes by a folder structure. Though I prefered the Eloqua interface, Pardot has a quicker refresh and you can see your changes instantly. Pardot seems to have far less "quirks" than Eloqua, so less customized solutions are required.

I MUCH prefer Pardot to Mailchimp and Mailjet. It feels more like a professional product and behaves as such with a more advanced feature set and customizability. For instance, I have not found a good way in either of the competing products to do branded preference center pages, which is a must for us.

I haven't chosen Pardot over Eloqua, as i stand by my opinion that Pardot is better for database sizes of up to a million, which for Eloqua i would say goes to multiple millions of contacts. Their database set up is just a bit more intuitive and i believe offers more, which isn't a problem for Pardot itself, because it's meant for a smaller company that doesn't have as much processes as the biggest fish might have.

In every comparison, Radian6 has stood as the better value for our money in terms of breadth of the results, accuracy, historic data, range of sources, influencer detection and categorization, and pricing model. We make sure that every year we compare every available platform in the market to ensure we are not missing any key functionalities, but Radian6 beats other competitors every time.

I preferred Datorama over Tableau mostly for its increased ease of use and support teams. We switched from Tableau primarily for those reasons since any help can be greatly appreciated if you're the sole analyst in a company. It also allowed for easier sharing at the time of use. However, I have not used Tableau recently and know that many changes were made since I last used it.

The main reason for utilizing Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) is due to the direct stack connection to the marketing cloud to access CROM data. Overall, it is a safe and seamless environment to help quickly work and connect all channels. It would be difficult to outsource to another platform because then there may be a disruption to my consumer journey mappings.

Much more expensive and difficult to change from the initial setup. Needs to be used as a powerful tool and gather as much data as possible from the start as the cost-saving here should not be your driver to get that software in the first place. Others are cheaper and easier to change while in it.

The best way to keep your company CRM up to date is to keep track of new updates within the market, make sure to stay tuned with your Salesforce engineer in order to keep upgrading, do not let yourself still and keep moving forward with anything Salesforce Audience Studio has to offer every update.

We chose Salesforce Audience Studio as it's easy to work on and has a very good looking infield. It gathers very detailed information about the customers. There have multiple options for complex segment building and reporting. It has a tag management solution as part of the DMP package which is very handy.

We are working in cybersecurity and take it very seriously when evaluating the tools we accept in our organization. Our security department evaluates the risks, the security, the changes that have to be made, and way more than I even know. We need to have a solution that respect our standards of security and Mautic didn't respect it. That's why we've decided to go with Salesforce.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud promises it all but we have not seen any evidence that it can deliver on any of the features that the tool supposedly provides. They don't offer any onboarding that I know of, you pay for Premier Support so that you can spend days/weeks communicating back and forth with people in distant lands who don't understand what you are asking.

HubSpot offers 24/7 support, manuals, onboarding and is user friendly! You can either pay for a consultant or set it up yourself.

Mail Chimp is very affordable and quite intuitive, may be good enough for most people's needs.

As a user of Infusionsoft and SharpSpring, I wouldn't say that Pardot is the best. Infusionsoft is better overall. Pardot is used by one client of ours. Pardot's lack of good email builder is what puts it lower on the totem pole. It is a bit stronger with reporting and connections.

Save yourself a headache, money and wasted time. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is not a good product and more important the management of this arm of Salesforce is somewhere up in the (Marketing) cloud not wanting to deal with customers. We found that the functionality is below average and not useful for a modern company.

I liked Salesforce for our company size. Many more companies and software hook into Salesforce than they do these smaller email automation software. Salesforce saves larger companies a lot of time in that regard - we didn't have to do much custom building. Our instance took less than a week to setup and we got rolling with integrations and campaigns by the end of the month.
