Salesforce Marketing Cloud is particularly well suited for automated marketing that includes multiple touch points like email, SMS, etc., where we need to automatically send triggered messages to customers based on their behavior or recommend products by sending personalized messages. It is a great tool that allows us to easily create and manage campaigns and to track and analyze customer behavior in order to optimize the campaign.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio IS is primarly focused on Digital Marketing. It is less appropriate if you work is connected with key accounts activity. If you are serviece company you could be missing integrations with marketplaces like Zillow, Corporate UpWork account for sending campaignes (offers), only web tracking of prospects actions via 3-d party add ons. If you are considering AI support in choosing right promo activity - you could be missing enough you own historical data to feed to algorhytm to get sustainable forecast (or even binary). So Artificial Intelligence engine is for large companies only or till the era of "faceless" Big Data will come true.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio helped understand customer behavior on the website and gain valuable insights. We were able to personalize the website landing page according to the users' past history which in return led to an increase in interactions and user activity on the page and a significant increase in the sales of the products.

This is a great program to use if you are looking to enhance your customer experience and or help drive engagement. I've used a lot of the Salesforce products, which made it an easy adaption. It is also great for those looking to track their engagement data in real-time because it is very visual.

Overall, it is a good product to have. When you are already a user of Salesforce marketing cloud and other clouds, definitely yes go ahead. When it comes to user licensing I'm not always a big fan of it as it gets very complicated for us when we keep on adding more Salesforce products.

Pardot is well-suited for an organization that is looking to maximize the output of its Sales team. The software is easy to use, but I would say that it takes time in order to figure out how best to use it for your organization's goals and your own reporting needs. It's easy enough for any marketer to pick up but it does take time to master.

Honestly, almost any mid to large scale company can use this to target their appropriate audience segmentation. The scenario that it would be less appropriate is if it is a smaller business, it wouldn't be worth the price at that point, only if you're looking to expand and can afford it. I could see this being used in numerous fields from products, storefronts, editorial outlets, etc.

It is a great way to manage the business and be able to frame out in which direction you want this business to proceed. As a user of the Salesforce ecosystem, I suggest the Salesforce Audience Studio platform to those who are habituated to the platform's complexity. Because of the steep learning curve of the platform, I wouldn't suggest it to those who are new to dynamics. I think it's better for larger teams as well.

Publishers and Advertising becomes more simple & strategic. Some custom development along with Cloud integration technologies could be proven more helpful. the articles should increase to showcase the product and its capability. In different organizations, I understand that it gets used in various ways. All the details and processes of multiple organizations can if showcased more, could really help the other organizations who are planning to dive into it.

It is well suited for mid to large-size companies due to pricing. It can be a good option only if you have a well-trained salesforce resource as it needs technical expertise to operate in a Salesforce environment. It is not well suited when all you are looking for is reporting.

It’s suitable for a multiple division, multi-channel marketing organization where you have different campaigns in different stages and engagement mediums. It may not be appropriate for a company whose marketing efforts are very straightforward and simple. The setup of the application is not worth the value that you will get a return versus another simpler off-the-shelf solution.

The specific scenarios based on your experience where Salesforce Audience Studio well suited for Marketing Team as there lot of inquiry are there and its not possible to handle all leads together so Salesforce helps to handle and analyze each leads and helps our team to handle each leads in better way

Assuming you've got an all digital environment , implementing and day to day use of Salesforce Audience Studio is a lot easier. If you've got a split digital\non digital environment, then your implementation could well be made that much more troublesome, making a full 360 customer view that much more difficult to achieve - which will impact the benefits you're able to gain from using the product. With the benefit of hindsight, implementation should be approached from a "programmatic first" perspective, as having programmatic integration points makes the whole journey that much more palatable.

I would recommend the Salesforce Audience Studio platform to users of the Salesforce ecosystem who are used to the complexity of the platform in general. I wouldn't recommend it to users who are new to the dynamics given the learning curve of the platform in general. I feel it is better suited for bigger teams too.

I would be much more willing to recommend Salesforce Audience Studio to a B2C company rather than a B2B like mine simply because I don't feel as though our business model allowed my marketing team to take advantage of Salesforce Audience Studio's strongest features. Their adaptive Consent Management looks incredibly helpful on paper, but if your audience is comprised of mostly enterprise server email addresses like ours, managing consent and email deliverability is a whole different problem.

Additionally, unless your business is integrated within Salesforce's Marketing Cloud product suite, you may find that functionality of key data science features are slightly limited - specifically when you are trying to build out a customer journey or revenue attribution model.

Well suited: For email marketing, lead capturing, lead nurturing, and if you are using Salesforce, Pardot gives you a very tight integration for data sync. Not well suited: If you are not using Dalesforce then Pardot doesn't give you an edge when we compare it to other marketing automation tools.

This software is well suited when we want to create professional-looking emails for our customers with just drag and drop we can add all the functionalities that we need. On the other side it is a technical product so marketing people find it difficult to use and may need to hire an Administrator/Developer to handle this tool.

Salesforce Advertising Studio is a powerful advertising solution. Salesforce Advertising Studio is the best application for big/small organizations. To maintain the relationship with the customers we have to be interactive, so by this platform, we can easily send emails to the customers so that they will be aware of our offerings. It also helps us to generate good leads for sales from our old customers, as well as from new customers.

It is suitable when you need an easy connection with the advertising platforms You can share multiple data points with the advertising platforms (hashed) and improve the match rate for the audience It can be very expensive to just have this connection in place. An alternative is to build an in-house data connection with the advertising platforms to update the audience daily.
