Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The product is great, the company is always innovating and improving, and the service is fantastic! It's great to see how they are staying on top of market trends and what their customers need, and making changes to move forward based on that feedback. And the people are great, they've been easy to work with and have gone the extra mile to take care of us. We love the Pardashians!

We use Pardot for email deployment and that's something we need. We have hopes and desires to use the Pardot functionality to a fuller degree in the future, and we like the tool, so we will most likely renew our use of Pardot going forward.

ExactTarget continues to add value to the IHM with new and improved solutions like Journey Builder. Journey Builder is, perhaps, the most significant development we have seen. What took weeks for us to develop will now take days, maybe even hours. Journey Builder is a game changer, and its incorporation into the IMH all but guarantees our commitment to it.

When you first engage with Evergage you have to make a choice on how you're going to use and deploy their product. Are you going to use it for, as is my case, an "in-app" deployment for your SaaS application or for your public facing website. We elected to use it for "in-app" first so we could build knowledge and have a measure of churn reduction. We've done well enough that we're developing a strategy for use on our public facing website now for better lead building and qualification. We're about to double our engagement with Evergage essentially. Evergage has been incredibly responsive. They use great customer service tools and eventually gave us our own account manager. As an IT person, once setup, I intentionally worked to remove myself from the product as a support means so our customer service people are working directly with Evergage and great things are happening. Evergage has just been constantly improving for the better.

I would renew our subscription to Pardot because our team has grown accustomed to it. I am also impressed with the powerful data it gives us to make large and small business decisions. It gives our sales team more information about our clients to work with and helps them prioritize certain leads over others.

The service from Pardot is great. It has a chat client built into it to reach out to the support staff. On the occasions when the issue is more complex than a chat it transitions easily to a service ticket and longer-term communication by email or phone. That also means follow-up has been excellent.

The only reason that they might not renew Pardot is that they are switching CRMs and if Pardot doesn't integrate natively they might switch over to a new system. Other than that it has been a very valuable asset to the marketing department and does as much work as a full time employee for us.

Pardot is easy to use, efficient and powerful. However, we are most excited about it's affiliation with Salesforce, as Salesforce is a company known for innovation, technology and expansion. This means that Pardot will have a whole new level of support to push its product to the next level. As a company, we want to use a tool that is bleeding edge yet relevant and we feel that this is the case.

The price is right for our business size and the tools have fit our needs nearly perfectly. Also, the cost of migration may or may not be worth the risk to take on a completely new marketing automation system that none of us here at Urjanet have experience with.
