We had a payroll incident once where we were on a timeline and we discovered last minute about a glitch. A paycor support rep stayed with me on the line as I updated them one by one to ensure everything was going to work and we discussed all of the possible options to get it done before the deadline. She was so helpful in coaching me and ensuring me that we would figure it out. We did and I felt so much better!

I recently started a new position that (yay!) used PayCor. I needed to become administrator without anyone else’s approval since there was nobody in the company to do it. They got right on the problem and had me up and running in No time. There were a couple of modules that needed additional updates, but they were handled quickly and efficiently.

As most software goes, there is always a new iteration to the old software or online services rendered. Due to the iteration and changes, Paycor online service expert has walked me thru step by step and screen by screen to get where I needed to be. This walk thru only needed to be done once and I knew what to do from that point forward.

As part of our program, we have the wage garnishments function. Prior to Paycor, we had to handle these basically with no suppport. The wage garnishment team at Paycor is exceptional. All we do is send in the paperwork and everything is set up for us.

I had an unusual situation arise which I knew I could not handle on my own. I feel somewhat savvy on computers but this situation thew me and I had very minimal time left to process payroll - and - I was working remotely. My rep was busy so I was transferred to the next available rep and they didn't make me feel anxious or as if I were inconveniencing them. They patiently asked me specific questions and guided me through the process. Since that time I have felt more than confident that not only will they assist me, they will teach me along the way.

There is not just one time. Every time I needed assistance with something they were right there to help. I did have one time where the time was feeding incorrectly over to the payroll. I called and they manually corrected for me, then they began working on the problem. Every day for three days they informed me where they were at and what was happening at the beginning and end of each day; the day they fixed it Mark called and explained why it happened and why it would not happen again and how I could also check it to ensure on my end things were working correctly.

ACA compliance -- I feel that the person assigned to our account went over and above the call of duty to help me through this first year. It is time to start preparing for the next year's reporting and he has already contacted me and given me my to-do list. My experience was that he stayed perfectly calm even when I felt panicky. And it all got done!

Our client services rep went out of her way to assist us with an import that didn't seem to work as we'd hoped the first time we did it. Instead of leaving us stuck with the consequences of our errors, she offered advice on what to change and how to modify the import to accomplish our needs and worked with Paycor's IT team to re-do the import for us and make everything right.

We had a special situation where an employee was paid who had left the company. Our representative worked with me to offer several ways to retrieve the money and helped to decide on the best method. In the end the money was returned without any issues or fees.

Rex with ACA Support totally walked me through implementation. When we ran across something he was not sure about, he always found the answer and responded back to me very quickly. This was a brand new product and we were one of the first organizations to use it. I highly recommend the product and Rex.
