Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
I believe that any time savings have come from the payroll dashboard being so user friendly.
Paycor's usability is superior to other payroll service providers.
We used Paychex in the past and ran into a situation where our local payroll taxes were withheld; but not paid timely to the entity, and became delinquent. It took months to resolve the matter, and due to the owner's frustration over the situation we decided to make the change to Paycor.
