I think as a regular user, the system works pretty well. As an administrator who has to clean the backend of it, it is a little too much like cleaning a different kind of backend at times.

I am still new to using Paycor in HR, but the product is usable from my experience thus far. It takes time to figure out different parts of Paycor, but the difficulty level is manageable. There are glitches that we have come across, but Paycor support has been helpful in addressing the issues.

Onboarding user interface - high usability
Admin onboarding and acclimation to Paycor - extremely low usability. You are left to learn everything on your own. If you need assistance to get something set up, there is none. You may get a document tutorial at best. At worst, they ignore your asks for literally months on end.

Navigating to each area of Paycor has been super easy compared to a couple of other programs we've used in the past. Our techs have even had much more success in using Paycor than others.

It's very user-friendly. I'm rarely looking for something within the system and am unable to find it. Other systems/products are less intuitive. Paycor has good client support when it's needed, but honestly, I've never used it, as I can generally figure the issue out on my own. That can't be said for all our providers/products.

Features are lacking. Very hard to find things in their UI (universally true - team regularly complains about these). Reminders are the only thing that work well (get lots of them) but then you go into the platform and have to hunt down what you're looking for (and it's not always obvious you get it right)

Paycor's usability is excellent for human resources capabilities. Where it lacks is its learning management system, which is outdated and lacks personalization to our needs. I have tried time and time again to add some bells and whistles to our modules, but the platform is too limited; we are having to supplement, and we would like everything within the same platform.

Paycor is one of the most user friendly systems I've used. All services are straightforward and easy to locate. Your dashboard is completely customizable that allows you to make the system work best for you. I've experienced many systems that over-complicate the simple day-to-day task that HR does and feel like Paycor does a great job of making my HR life easier.

I think Paycor is user friendly and a really great product for organization. It is always coming up with new ways to enhance my experience and strengthen our connection to our employees. Once employees are trained, we found relatively few complaints with issues (unless it was a software upgrade/change) as they were able to figure most things out with minimal assistance or with the materials provided by Paycor.

Much easier to use and administer than our previous payroll software. My employees have greater, and easier, access to information. Some things on the time sheet take a couple of times to enter to actually reflect, which is a little frustrating, but with patience it works and that is a rarity.

The platform is standard, straightforward and easy to use. We've had no concerns with how the platforms works, functions, and we actually quite enjoy the ability to customize as much as possible. Occasionally, a report may fail to generate or run, but for the most part analytics run very smoothly as well.
