Paylocity automation tools has affected our business in a positive way. It allow us to process payroll with ease through is easy to navigate portal. It also helps cut time in half with performing other duties that require a high level of attention, such as onboarding and new hire orientation.

Consolidated our COBRA and HRA into Paylocity recently to allow more time for every day work. Continue to struggle with staff shortage so any and all automation, providing that automation delivers correct information, helps.

They have helped quite a bit. I love the automation in a lot of areas that allow us to focus on strategy. We spend less time dealing with paperwork. I like the autoreject ability when candidates don't pass screening, so I can spend less time reviewing candidates who are not qualified. It's easier to share information about candidates. It is also easy to gauge raises and percentages. I like how managers can see the OT.

ConnectOne Bank separated HR functions from Benefits and Payroll. HR utilizes talent acquisition and onboarding which has streamlined the new hire process from background checks and offer letters to the data entry process. On the benefits and payroll side, automation has streamlined new hire benefit enrollments and the entire open enrollment process.

We have improved many efficiencies in various areas. Not only have we saved time - which means we saved money - but we also have reduced our dependency on paper. We have been able to streamline multiple processes and have converted numerous things we did previously with paper to electronic format.

Paylocity has many automation features that certainly save HR and Payroll time when they are working properly. Video trainings, etc. help to introduce new features to employees who utilize Paylocity beyond clocking in and out. Overall, we've explored other software options over the years, but Paylocity has been the best option for us.

Very positive experience. Could make the scheduler a little more user friendly for retail. Our store leaders have expressed that is doesn't follow their normal flow by shift by employee that they would normally use to set up a schedule.

It has cut down on the amount of manual work that is done by filling out forms by hand. You can build approval paths for all changes in an employee record so that everything is done electronically. Also, we can track all licenses and skills and upload the paper copies into Paylocity to reduce physical file space

We have achieved true automation with a single sign on, which we are very happy about! We can spend more time recruiting and growing the business when our HR Team is not "bogged down" in manual entry, too many employee touches, etc. We can also communicate internally so that employees can hear the messaging that we want them to hear. We are very streamlined and happy! Mistakes are minimized with the automation that we have, which we love!

It has freed up time for our one man HR Dept. We went from paper to Paylocity. The platform is super easy to use and now HR doesn't have to add up hours by hand, or calculate different deductions by hand. And it's so much easier to have the automatic deductions and you can schedule those for one time to every time.

The Time & Labor module has allowed us to reduce time spent on manual auditing processes. Allowing the employee to submit their own timecard correction requests to their managers is a great feature. This ensures that in case of an audit we have the necessary info to support adjustments in the timecards (rather than manual changes completed by the manager). This has saved time as well by reducing emails between employees/ managers and supports our "best practice" goals.

There is no more hunting down people to find out when they went to lunch, why they didn't punch out, what happened. You receive a message of a missed punch and can address it right then with a message. Everything is automated very nicely. There are many ways to give positive feedback with the applications within Paylocity without even leaving your office to lift employees up. This has increased morale which has also proven to be solid for the company and the Paylocity software platform.

The automation makes it much easier for us to keep track of all the onboarding tasks that have to be completed and allows for an easy transition from the recruiting process to get the information added into Paylocity as an employee. Additionally, it is easy to modify errors that new hires may make, not realizing the info they add is part of their profile.
