Paylocity's employee engagement tools has help our company/business learn all the resources Paylocity offers to be able to perform our job as the business manager/HR. The video is a visual that allows the individual to see first hand how the tool work and how it is beneficial to our organization.

Do not like Community and have not turned it on for employees. Fear it will turn into Facebook and employees spending all their time on it. We are small companies. They all can currently communicate by email and/or see each other in person.

We have not employed the Community and Peer recognition in our Paylocity much. Our organization tends to do Peer surveys in a meeting format to discuss issues that our staff encounter and how best to resolve them. Not sure - maybe in the future this may be used but not at this time.

We love the survey feature! We use this for so many things - including schedule requests, quarterly NPS scoring, annual engagement surveys, and much more. We also loved this feature during the start of covid as it allowed us to electronically remain in compliance in our region. Currently, we are not using the community feature, but that is only because we have an intranet that we utilize for many of the same functions.

The ability for staff to utilize Paylocity's different features without much training seems to have freed up supervisors and HR/Payroll to focus on other tasks. The data held within Paylocity is transparent and makes it easy for users to track their time and leave balances + their HR history (performance reviews, title/salary changes, etc.).

This has been crucial for us. Communication through the mobile app and other methods through Paylocity has been very effective! It's hard to get employees engaged with technology, but making sure they have Paylocity at their fingertips has been a huge success for us, and we can do the drip campaigns that we prefer through Paylocity

We haven't utilized them as we should/can, but that is a goal in the future to make sure that we utilize the Community especially more. We already have a system in place for recognitions, etc.

Again, it has brought the staff together more. They are able to show each other recognition. We, as managers are reminded of their birthdays and anniversaries and can send out messages about these that make people feel appreciated as if we remembered on our own!

I use the community module to send message to the staff such as, events, meetings, reminders... etc. I encourage the staff to download the mobile app and turn on their notifications as this is the best way to communicate with everyone all at once.
