I have been developing BPM/Case Management solutions for some of the major firms for the past 9 years and I must say it’s a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. I feel lucky to be associated with Pega, because it happened by chance not by choice. Pega has been reinventing itself time and again, adapting itself to the ever changing market conditions. It started as a work flow solution, then enhanced itself as a case management solution, with various industry specific frameworks. It has become the leader of the BPM world. With the very critical speed to market, high availability, low code (getting lower with every release) designing experience, adherence to the BPM standards and more, it earned trust and is continuing to place itself as the leader in BPM. I have particularly used Pega to develop CRM solutions, pure workflow solutions and all the clients are immensely happy with the product and the support they get from Pega.

Our Pegasystems implementation was being used by the payments and disputes operational groups at American Express. The primary use of the tool is as a case management tool to track payment issues for customers of American Express products. The tool provided the reporting, tracking and status updates as needed for the operational support employees to ensure payment issues were addressed and accounted in the various payment back ends.

Pegasystem is used at Wells Fargo by Retirement Services. We support the 401(k) business, from customer services to managing the workflow for the operations. Pega tracks multiple workflows., Fulfilments. Pega helps increase productivity & set priorities of work, better tracking of workload per employee. Other units use it but I am not familiar with them.

Largest implementation partner for Pegasystems - it is one of the most advanced BPM packages solutions available in the market today. Besides being a workflow and rules engine it also has real time decision abilities based on various business parameters. It is suited for a tactical implementation for a particular department or business process.
