PeopleStrong Talent acquisition module is developed with keeping the end to end recruitment ecosystem (recruiters, vendors & workforce) and every user’s challenges in mind.
PeopleStrong's approach to onboarding enables users to assign real-time tasks and reminders for different onboarding activities. PeopleStrong's Onboarding complements the PeopleStrong Talent acquisition to create a seamless process that helps minimize hiring costs and unifies the employee experience.
PeopleStrong's Workforce module for attendance and leave management is available anytime, and anywhere while on the go. It delivers a UI & UX that aims to drive easy and fast adoption across the workforce, empowering companies with the ability to streamline leave-attendance and approval processes.
PeopleStrong Payroll module offers organizations a solution with functionality that assists in capturing, monitoring, and controlling employee expenditure, faster and with high accuracy. The UI is capable of administering end-to-end applying, approving, processing and monitoring A to Z business related expenses.
The PeopleStrong HCM offers a comprehensive solution for exit management right from the employee separation requests, approval workflows, F&F settlement and relieving letter. It calculates the numerals like employee notice periods, and F&F settlements by triggering it to multiple stakeholders and letter issuances making exit management simpler.
