Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Ooreka is the market leader for people in need of expert advice on pretty much anything (works in your house, health, finance, career, etc.). We have more than 6 million people coming to our website each month and they all have different needs. AT Internet enables us to track them - what pages they visit on our website, what they do, where they click etc.
Pros
  • AT Internet offers real-time data, when you need insights quickly.
  • AT Internet doesn't sample so I really trust the data I get.
  • The API is easy-to-use and powerful, I use it all the time for creating reports and dashboards.
Cons
  • The user interface could be improved (design, font, colors).
Likelihood to Recommend
I really like the app "Reports" that allows me to create my own reports and share them with colleagues.
I also use very often the app "Data Query" (AT Internet's API) which is very powerful: you can quickly build a customized table with the exact metrics and dimensions you need. When I'm asking myself a question, Data Query always has the answer.

It is being used across the whole organization. We look at some of the main KPIs via AT Internet and use it for regular or ad-hoc analysis.
Pros
  • Data query is a great tool to cross variables and data
  • Great support from the São Paulo team
  • Flexibility
Cons
  • Speed. Slow a lot of times.
  • Hard to cross category with regional data.
  • Not sure yet how I could use AT Internet to better understand behavioral metrics (churn, retention, etc)
Likelihood to Recommend
It's great for volume metrics and looking at detailed data (breaking down).

It helps to see what audience needs we are meeting and where we are lacking, using this information we can provide greater content to our audience.

AT Internet is great to quickly showcase data to someone, however when more dimensions are requested it slows down drastically. The user journey dimensions are good to fully understand how someone has entered our online platform and how they navigated through our content. API is good when it works however, there are a lot of times where it crashes and the support puts the issue back on us.

We implement AT Internet for our clients. We use it as an alternative to Google Analytics, and AT Internet is compliant with GDPR laws in France. AT Internet proposes many services with a lot of support from the beginning to the end of the process.

I think AT Internet is very well suited to track user behaviors on websites, since it can provide so many details about actions like current page visited, the previous one, where the user clicks, on which button, etc. AT Internet provides custom variables. For example, if you have some personal space with an authenticated user, we can add many precisions. AT Internet might be too robust to be used as just a simple tracking tool.

AT Internet is our main analytics tool and is used across the whole group (9 brands). It is used mainly in our eCommerce team to produce reports, analysis, and follow our KPIs.
Pros
  • Granular traffic data.
  • Funnel analysis.
  • Custom dimensions and variables at multiple levels.
Cons
  • Dashboards and look and feel reporting.
  • New interface not complete yet.
Likelihood to Recommend
AT Internet is a very good tool for our needs and with pricing which is reasonable. It provides good granular data which is useful for more advanced analysis. For beginners or basic needs, it's not suited.
