We've never had to request support in the 5 years I have been using it. A solid solution! Everything I have had questions about is on the website. New features are in their newsletter with more details on their website. Often I am using the new features within a few minutes of reading the article.

I truthfully have an indifferent experience about the support of Pivotal Tracker which is why I'm giving it a 5. I know it has been around for quite some time and has a good reputation in the industry but I personally have not found myself in a situation where I felt the support was positive or negative.

I haven't had pressing need to lean on Pivotal Tracker's support system, but have had the need from time to time to better understand a deep feature or configuration element. In those cases, I have been well-served by the vendor's extensive online documentation, which is written in a straightforward and accessible style.
