  • Having reports readily available for executives to give insight on the number of project in flight is valuable and helps with decision making on starting or stopping projects.
  • We are just in the infancy stage of capacity planning, from the demos and conversations we have had this will enhance our project governance further by giving insight into where resources will be needed for the critical projects.

  • AdaptiveWork has allowed us to gain better reporting on multiple fronts. For example, resource utilization (billable and non-billable) - we had large spreadsheets factoring in numerous variables before - and now this is all brought into our report by data already entered.

  • It's easy to use. If you have inexperienced staff, you can quickly get them a project tool. We've saved money on staff.
  • It's good enough reporting for many situations. We didn't need a heavyweight tool, but a solid tool for a small to mid-sized organization.

  • Time tracking, of course, has a big impact on ROI, as we can see what and how much time is spent on certain projects and clients, therefore better letting us scope and forecast future projects. That said, this is not something that is individual to Clarizen. The same goes for any time tracking software.
