Great product that helps to manage multiple projects from a single centralized dashboard with excellent visualization features and reporting capabilities. Plainview PPM Pro enables easy coordination of many different projects and effective scheduling with easy project estimation and budgeting modules. Best tool for group collaboration with secure, real-time project document sharing functionalities.

Planview PPM Pro offers the best reliable collaboration capabilities and the easy management of multiple projects from one system. Its features setting was easy and the ability to work together through Planview PPM Pro on various projects and also from different places is incredible. The reports are easy to create and manage all the project documents like Drawings among others.

  • Not much since the tool is easy to start.
  • Managing multiple project requires a professional.
  • Reporting on different active project progresses.

Highly functional, and the best tool for construction and many more project management. It has the ability to collaborate with all the users from different projects and easily share comments and drawing across the entire project professionals. Reports are reliable and easy to generate and also share. Scheduling and the project resources planning the tool is amazing.

Used just through the IT department. We implemented Innotas to track and approve projects, as well as allocate resources, materials, and cost.
Pros
  • Innotas' ability to track and allocate resources, materials, and cost is user friendly.
Cons
  • The "MS Project" style project plan is not user friendly. Going from MS Project to Innotas is a irritating transition.

The organization is interested in developing an Enterprise PMO, beginning with the IT department. Previously, the organization did not even know which projects they were running, how much they were spending, what benefits they were getting, how long things were taking -- or if they even were aligned with the strategy of the organization. In short, they were running blind.
Pros
  • Good for doing the basics.
  • Follows PMBOK well
  • Better at planning portfolios than in execution of projects
Cons
  • Interface. outdated. Also opens a new window for everything
  • No peer-to-peer, social networking functionality

More suited if you want to set up a portfolio and don't need the day-to-day project management capabilities.
