There are many options for receiving support for PowerApps. You can reach out to Microsoft and get support from their great team. You can also browse the multitude of forum posts that they have available on the community boards. The community boards are very active and there are many people who will try their best to understand your question and help you to get to a satisfactory resolution.

The community forums are extremely responsive to questions asked, there is a good body of online documentation and many community posts to draw from. Although the platform has changed, which means some of the posts are out of date and the solutions provided aren't relevant. Of relevance, I read over 400 articles plus documentation to get this first app built in SharePoint, move it to SQL and make it work exactly the way it should.

It is best to use to develop internal application, integrating current environment and platform in Office 365 and Azure. It comes with Office 365 subscription so no additional cost for us and it is easy to create mobile applications that accessible for users to anywhere and anytime.

It has much documentation worldwide. Easily you may find implementations and ideas at search engines. As we have E3 Office 365 license, the support from Microsoft is very quick but I don't know how it is for another types of licenses. There are many videos, some created by Microsoft evangelists that help a lot.

One of the frustrations I've had with PowerApps is the lack of documentation. It makes me wonder if Microsoft is fully behind this product. Plus, they pulled the plug on the desktop version of the development environment. That's fine to move exclusively to the browser, except a lot of the functionality of the desktop version was not carried over. Bad move.

There are several incredible community members posting videos and blogs about getting started with PowerApps and getting into a deep dive technically. PowerApps has a great community and a lot of supporters for it. I'm not sure what the "official" Microsoft support is like, but the community is really great.
