It would not be appropriate for a company with more than 2500 employees or a certain amount of volume. I tried to buy something last week and they only had 500 units of it. That was enough for me but wouldn't be for another company unfortunately. Its really well suited for enterprise companies that have a lot of outreach and marketing initiatives

We use Printfection for our gifting and swag. We have almost all of our customer-facing teams using it to thank prospects/customers and celebrate customer wins. We also use it internally to send welcome boxes to new employees. Lastly, Printfection supports our event swag and apparel. We previously were using a Shopify store and had trouble tracking things. It also wasn't easy for our team to understand and we saw a decline in gifting. Since starting with Printfection, we have already seen more interest in gifting from our team.
Pros
  • AMAZING team. The customer support we have received is unmatched.
  • Great quality of products and lots of product options.
  • Very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
  • The Salesforce integration is not where it needs to be. You only can integrate certain components and it makes it challenging to track things inside of Salesforce.
Likelihood to Recommend
We absolutely love Printfection and it has been a great experience so far. The swag and apparel we order often exceed our expectations and the team is incredibly helpful and creative. Our CSM is knowledgeable and quick with email responses and any support we might need. We also have a dedicated merchandise manager who is always coming up with new ideas for our team.

On the other hand, the lack of Salesforce integration capabilities has been very frustrating for us. We bought Printfection because we were struggling to track our gifting and we needed something that would communicate nicely with Salesforce. We were told the integration worked and was easy but it took multiple meetings with the team to get it set up and it's still not what we were hoping for. The integration is really just creating a button that links to Printfection and the two tools don't communicate in any way.

From employee appreciation to individual org initiatives, we have partnered with Printfection to make these projects come to life. They have a decent selection of merchandise to choose from, and the accounts team is very communicative.

Working with Printfection on new-hire kits was a breeze! They helped us select key items to be included, were communicative in the design and delivery process, and store our kits in their warehouse to be sent out to new employees as needed. Working with the accounts team has been especially supportive. They are always willing to help problem solve and be flexible with our needs.

Happy customer due to great customer service, excellent product, and lots of saved time and energy!

We use Printfection to manage our swag - internal and external. Through their partnership we are able to set up campaigns for marketing use as well as send links to employees to redeem items for gifts to help with reward programs and thank yous. We use their services to set up kits as well to send welcome gifts to new hires and conference packages to customers.
Pros

  • Video updates on your account that are personal and informative.
  • Quick response times.
Cons
  • Sometimes the process for adding or removing items can be a bit involved. It would be nice for the archive/adoption process to be simpler.
Likelihood to Recommend
Printfection is great for small and medium sized businesses like ours who don't have a ton of extra people focused on swag distribution. They can store and manage our items, help order more inventory when needed, and help ship and distribute those items as needed. It's saved our team hours of extra work having to package and ship out various gifts to employees and clients. They also ship internationally which was always a challenge for us! Their customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and always have a solution to our problems. Love working with them!
