Spectrum: We use it to import our budget to Spectrum. It seems that it doesn't keep real-time budget adjustments and we have to re-sync.
Teams: We have it integrated with Teams and use it when communicating with the field.

Reviews
(101-125 of 825)Procore reviewed by a GC
- Contracting.
- Keeping directory of subcontractors.
- Streamlining communications.
- Implementation in general, can take a long time for features to roll out.
- Pricing model could be improved.
Procore fits the needs of a growing commercial general contractor!
- Bidding is easy with Procore. We can set up a bid and get it out to bidders within an hour or so. Our bidders can then upload their bids directly into Procore.
- Subcontract Commitments are customized to take advantage of our boilerplate needs as well as Exhibits that we can easily manage within Procore.
- PCCO's and CCO's are easily managed via Procore.
- Submittals can be uploaded to Procore by the subs and then assigned via workflows preset in the Submittal Settings.
- There are times where our bidding process could improve due to filtering efforts. One of those efforts involves notifying subs of changes via Email Correspondence within Procore. The correspondence feature does not recognize the filtering within the bid screen so that only certain subs receive the correspondence.
- Award letters are not part of the bidding process. Rather one has to actually send them a commitment. We would like to see an LOI function to give the sub a heads-up that a commitment is being sent to them.
- Customization is lacking in numerous tools. The only way some of the customization happens is if we go through the Custom Solutions Team and then it may not be possible.
- We would like to include a Dear John Letter template within the Bidding tool. The only way we've found to do this is via regular email because there is no way to create or use an already created form which does not serve our purpose.
Procore - a project management masterpiece for success
- Document management & transfer.
- Meeting minutes.
- Tender process.
- Timecards.
- Drawing review.
- Speed of use - sometimes clunky & slow to use.
- Setting up of transmittals - need to find a way to integrate templates for quicker set-up.
- Timecard is clunky.
Easy and simple
- RFIs are easy to search
- Submittals are easy to submit
- Photos are simple to organize
- Can't print straight from the web
Project management made easier and seamless.
- It managed the submittal process seamlessly.

- It is very easy to navigate the site and find what you are looking for.
- There are lots of customizations to tailor to your needs.
- Sometimes there can be too many emails.
- It has more pros then cons.
Procore continues to lead the way in the construction Industry!
- Successfully consolidates all the information one needs for a project.
- Makes it seamless to transition from bidding a project to then managing it.

Procore Review
- Drawing categorizing - this is done automatically, so this is a huge time saver.
- Observations - distribution is done automatically and this helps with tracking issues.
- Punch list items are tracked automatically and help users keep tabs on completion.
- The workflow on submittals seems clunky and convoluted. This should be simplified and streamlined.
- The usability of submittals module takes a while to use. going back and forth between the log and submittals is not user friendly.
We're diggin' Procore
- Procore customer service is very good. The people are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond to questions.
- Procore is constantly making improvements to their software. They seem to be genuinely interested in hearing what changes we want and then implementing them.
- Procore is very user friendly. Even if you don't know exactly how to do something, you can pretty easily figure it out on your own. If you can't, they have an entire library of helpful videos.
- Procore is on the leading edge of technology and is always looking to improve their platform.
- Since Procore is always updating their software, it can be hard to keep up with all the changes sometimes.
- The reporting tools have come a long way since we started using Procore but we would like to see more flexibility with this tool.
- Some tools, while helpful, still need some tweaks on how they report the information.
Procore: Ahead of the Game Innovator
- Procore does really well at streamlining communications between the field and office. I think this is a strength because it helps solve what could be, a potential for, communication errors.
- Procore helps keep all the information in one place, so it is easy to access while on the job. I think this is a strength because it helps the field resolve any issues or questions, and making sure they make a correct call.
- Procore does well with being able to log what is happening on a jobsite from day to day. This is a strength because it helps both the field and office know who was on the jobsite and when they were on the site.
- Punchlist tool could be streamlined to make quicker punches.
- Meeting Minute Size: When printing from our old meeting minutes to using Procore, we almost doubled the amount of sheets. I can see in the future going paperless, but we can't right now, and we're printing a lot of extra sheets.
Procore Review from A Small Specialty Contractor
- Procore allows many users to look at the same information.
- Procore is mobile friendly being on multiple platforms.
- With being a specialty contractor we need to use some of the tools differently.
Great Product
- Document Management
- Closeout
- Photos
- Daily Logs
- The bidding portion was missing some key functions we [would] like
- I would like to see the scroll bar on the entire page
The Future of Construction Management
- Integration
- Tracking
- Organization
- User friendly interface
- Change orders being not editable after approval unless the recent ones are put back to draft
- Poor reliability of the Procore Sync
- Lack of tool to assign parts of an approved change order to certain individuals
Best Construction Software
- Organization
- Scheduling
- Communication
- Storage
- Analyzing Drawings
- Custom Fields
- Customizing to a specialty contractor
A must have for commercial contractors!
- Photo organization and search capabilities.
- Daily reports that are searchable by a number of options; sub/trade/date; very easy to find what you need.
- Punch/Completion lists. These are so much easier to keep track of items and remind subs on a regular basis of tasks outstanding.
- Project specific financials
- Ability to document/record email correspondence with project specific email addresses
- Scheduling could be a bit better.
- More integration with MS products.
- Need an area for internal/company-only notes/discussions that are not available to the client.
Procore is my "Go-To" Recommendation
- Forms
- Inspections
- Safety
- Document Management
- Extracting data from forms
- Putting forms into libraries
- Inventory tracking
All-in-One Solution
- Financials (Budgets, Subcontractors/Commitments).
- Documentation Management (RFI's, Submittals, Observations).
- Continuous Upgrades, although it could be a bit slow.
- It's an all-in-one solution, so it is a little behind in focusing on specific aspects of the processes. For example, the change order process is a little convoluted and locations assignments could use some improvement.
- Procore recognizes that there are flaws, but they are continually updating it and adding features. I just wish they'd do it faster.
Procore, the future of retaining employees and project management
- Drawings management.
- Cost management.
- Documentation.
- Document and file storage.
Enrich Construction with Procore
- Drawing markups.
- Document control.
- Submittals.
- Scheduling.
Procore Makes CA Easy
- Document management.

- Punch lists and observations.
- Specification management.
- More seamless UI.
- Better search functionality.
- Warnings about software changes ahead of time.
Best-In-Class Project Management Experience
- Increase communication between project stakeholders.
- Reduce data silos.
- Reduce turnaround time on submittals and RFIs.
- Adjusting Lookahead schedules.
- Customization.
- Cost Forecasting for GMP projects.
Procore Power
- Timesheets.
- User-friendly.
- Thorough.
- Project management.
- Updates.
- System changes.
- Communication from representatives.
It also makes a huge difference whether you are using Procore on an Android or an iPhone. They look completely different and sometimes that can be confusing to our employees. Consistency between software would be nice.
Getting a Grip on your Documents!
- Document control.
- Drawing/editing tools.
- Navigation through Procore.
- Tasks module.
- Customization.
Procore: The All-in-One Project App!
- Project Management.
- Job Information.
- Document Consolidation.
- Could be more user-friendly.
- Aesthetic needs work.
- Can't download single files.
- Frees up storage in emails and transmit faster
- Great tracking, you know who has seen or opened the email and who has not.
- There is a timeline tracker on any updates or modifications on drawings.
- Documents can be sent to a group or individual very easily.
- We have a warranty log that we would like to incorporate and let everyone have access to, but Procore does not have the options we need in order to make this type of form.
- You can make your own template but only based on what is provided. There is no real way to make exactly what you need without having the Procore team make the template on their end (if they even can).
- I do not like the fact that you can not erase certain things like if you make a mistake on a template. I think maybe the head admin can go in and do it though.
