Yes it helps us achieve these goals at an above average level. Procore allows all project team members to see the same information at the same time. This reduces risk of miscommunication or even worse, cases where information flow stops.

There really was nothing in place for this company prior to Procore that allowed the guys in the field and everyone in the office to work on a central platform where information can be shared across many disciplines and is very easy to use.

Procore is very user-friendly on the field side of reporting on-site activities and job site reporting. The program is not user-friendly on budgeting, forecasting, or tracking cost impacts. We have had multiple calls with our implementation person and it took many months of working in the software for our Project Managers to get comfortable with the it.

The daily log, photos tool, and inspections and observations have increased the quality and safety in our projects.
The daily log, perhaps the most important tool in my opinion, gives great insights into how the projects are going, along with the photos tool. Both to have a daily report, along with photographs helps upper management to stay in touch.

We're mostly using Procore at this point to get an idea of what is going on day to day and to document everything in the field. We would like to eventually get the financial module and use it for more accurate job costing, but one step at a time.

We aren't currently using any of the financial tools in Procore, but the Project Management modules and Field Productivity are huge for us.

I know it sounds trite, however these are the reasons we committed to Procore and they are being realized. If not we would be investigating alternatives.

All areas are very important to our organization. Cost control & change order management are probably the most challenging. Procore can improve in these areas to make it easier for our users to enter info, track & report. Procore has improved dramatically in the past 5 years & we hope they will continue to improve, without losing site of the importance of intuitive & easy to adopt interface.

Procore allows us to have pictures and daily logs of each day on the job. My guys put a description of what was completed that day as well as what needs to be completed the next day we are out there. They also put a list of material that will be needed. This helps us know what got done and if we are keeping in line with the project schedule. If we have a different crew going out the next day, there isnt a question of what needs to be done or what material is needed. The Daily log and drawings tools are two tools we use the most.

All project finances are located in one place; no room for manual entry errors.
All regional projects are managed with the same process as dictated by Procore setup.
All documents are visible, including change records on who updated files and when.

RFIs, submittals, change orders, and observations are all very useful in achieving our goals. We are hoping to expand our use with Procore to include more financials and labor tracking as well.

Procore has helped in all these areas by the very nature of it being a cloud-based platform. We can track documents, changes, and field conditions significantly better with Procore.
