Procore helped with documentation and reports. However, the financial aspect isn't fully developed and did not meet our expectations. Especially considering that you had to pay extra for that module.

Just having one location for everything project-related is important. This is ultimately why we chose Procore. Just about every department has a module that works for them. Gone are the days of having to log in or use multiple programs - everything is contained and shared through Procore.

Procore provides a "one-stop-shop" for all of our employees to find information on any active project. Meeting minutes, job-site photos, access to plans ... as well as budget tracking, and subcontractor commitment amounts/scopes of work all play an important role.

The project management module is the most useful tool for our organization. The RFI and Submittal tracking, and especially the automated email reminders, help us stay on track and produce a better product. We keep a better handle on the information flow with these functions. Costs and subcontract tracking are also very useful.

Field people enter data daily in the daily log capturing basic information on subs, work completed, etc. They take photos and send updates about the schedule, they enter change events for any potential cost impact in the field. We use submittals, RFIs, drawings, etc to make sure everyone has the information they need and it is up to date. We produce reports for our teams, our CEO, CFO, and customers right out of Procore saving a ton of time. On the accounting side, we use the budget tool to forecast and track our budget. We bill through the pay app tool and use commitments and change orders to keep track of our costs to subs. In accounting, we are able to look at the schedule and such to see what to bill and we gather the various information to send important docs to our customer. We attached documents with every tool. We use the email tool to keep a history on the project so if a new superintendent steps on site they can get all the information they need. We use inspections a ton to ensure we are finishing all of our tasks (super, PM, coordinator, accounting) with excellence. It keeps us all on track and accountable.

Procore helps us ensure information is accessible by allowing multiple users to access the cloud-based system. This access is crucial to workers in the field and allows us to track job site progress. We are also capable of looking at a snapshot of the project in order to identify trends in time frames for completion rates.

Procore helps our organization achieve these goals by our team working together to ensure all of the current information for a project is currently uploaded to Procore and available for all team members. It also helps us to document job site conditions when performing pre-construction audits, which save time and money at the end of the day.

Visibility through accessibility is the most important goal through the Project management module for our organization. Creating easy to read change order documents enables the client and consultants to review and approve change order much quicker and easier. Safety is also enhanced especially with projects which have identifiable hazards. It allows our site foremen to properly coordinate safety meetings and create and safer and thereby more efficient job site.

The only thing I can think of is when Procore sends me an invite I have the name of a job and I can go find it elsewhere. I can't really think of any way that Procore has helped us achieve any of our goals, with the exception I just mentioned.

Procore makes these things easy to track. It is also helpful to track who enters information.

We have a more realistic view of man hours onsite. Site diary is a great way to capture this information providing they site is 100% supervised. a little harder when smaller unsupervised sites.

Being able to keep track of projects on site with the Procore app makes it easier to achieve these goals. The app is easily accessible and makes it more efficient to record information that takes place daily when you don't have a chance to stop and write anything down.

Once the entire package of applications is utilized the streamlining of data is remarkable. From tracking an RFI or Change through the Change order and closeout process to just making sure the right sheets are being used day to day.

Because Procore is could-based, everything related to the projects is extremely accessible. All field reporting can be done in Procore with ease. We are still working on trying to see how it can track employee time better and also help track costs that come from the field.

Procore was implemented into our company almost 3 years ago, and we made the commitment then, that all new projects going forward would be run on Procore. We now have completed two projects using Procore, and have 5 other projects in progress that are on Procore. We haven't utilized all of the functionality of Procore, but we are still learning, and are taking baby-steps into those un-used functionalities, but will implement those things which make sense for our needs.

The PM module is the one we use the most. This module has allowed us to have a one-stop shop where we can see all of our projects that are currently being built. The dashboard gives us an idea of where the project stands and allows us to "visit" the site more often by browsing the photos.

Visibility into projects and ensuring information is up to date is very important and what we felt we were missing through our former manual processes. We are not using it for employee time tracking (yet).
