Review Worthy Product! :)
- It has enabled us to complete projects effectively and track progress.
- It allows us to have a clear view at all times of projects, to see what we have on the go, and what needs to be done.
- It is good for engaging staff/employees in with a task, they can clearly see what they have to do and where they should be working/what they should be working on.

Make it easy
- It's very good to have all the people working on a project informed of all the news related to the project.
- To get an email with a notification everymoment something has added or comment in the project.
- On the other hand getting an email outside the work journey is not always positive.

Projectplace - ideal for accidental project managers
- Too early to say but it looks to be saving time (by reducing time doesn't in email, updating Excel tracers etc), and enables changes to the scope of work to be tracked very quickly, prompting budget discussions at an early opportunity

Great software!
- We now can manage multiple tasks. We had problems doing that before.
- Provide standardization of process
- Clear assignment and accountability for work
- Better long term and overview of work
- Minimal. Any Gantt chart software would've done. And one that's more robust would've been less of a pain.
- It's overpriced relative to the less-than-robust interface.

- Makes it easier to collaborate for teams.
- Information is made available.
- We keep tracks of decisions.
- Saves a lot of individual time as there is much less email traffic.
- Reduces costs in our own IT department.
- Expensive.
- No hard figures but we all say miscommunications costs a lot, we probably saved a lot.
- Projectplace allows us to avoid a large number of those daily opportunities for confusion and/or loss of time related to emailing new file versions, having to integrate changes in multiple documents, or dealing with file management and data backups.
- We can carry out conference calls and online meetings with a range of functionality beyond simple screen sharing in order to improve the effectiveness of our communication and time spent during meetings.
