The best place to manage projects together.
- All the company's projects have been able to be completed in less time. Thanks to the project collaboration system, each of my colleagues can contribute a grain of sand in the development of projects in my area, as well as, I can contribute my grain of sand in helping them develop their projects. It is a collaboration system that allows you to help online to develop projects.
- We have been able to be more punctual in delivering our projects. Thanks to the calendar system we can know the exact day on which we must deliver a project, in addition, the alert system has played a very important role, since we can be attentive to the delivery date.
- We have been able to solve the problems of our projects more quickly and using few resources thanks to the Gantt system.

Planview Projectplace - Multipurpose project management tool
- Projectplace does the work of many different software, all in one, whether it be document sharing or interacting with teammates. Instead of buying different software, we only use this one. Thus, we save up to 30% that would have otherwise been spent on all different software used to perform the same tasks.
- Calendar management helps to maintain each and every task on the go. Thus, saving time, as we don't have to visit different tools every time. Time is money.
- It is easy to learn how to use the software and with the provided training it becomes beneficial, as money spent on training is reduced by 100%.

- Fewer Zoom meetings for my team means more time on each individual tasks and on our clients.
- Less miscommunication means more energy spent on prioritized tasks and that the team gets along much better.

Pushing AGILE down the WATERFALL

- We have large-scale quarterly projects, so the ability to save and duplicate project templates are helpful for us to keep track of tasks down to the specific card

- Productivity was up 17% since the implementation of Projectplace and more than 50% of teams say they log into Projectplace at least twice a day to review projects and complete tasks assigned to them.
- While it is not entirely intuitive, many of the client's employees have integrated it into their daily routine which means they are seeing more use across departments. Also with some teams still working remotely, they are still able to keep in touch and work on projects through Projectplace.
