Users have found great value in Proposable, a versatile tool that has helped improve sales procedures and boost production. With its user-friendly features and intuitive design, users have been able to easily create and maintain professional-looking proposals and contracts, thanks to the electronic signature and document management tools. The exceptional customer service provided by the Proposable staff has also been highly appreciated, with prompt and helpful solutions offered to any queries or issues encountered. Users have found it convenient and time-saving to quickly obtain digitally signed copies of contracts using Proposable.

One of the key use cases for Proposable is the creation of business proposals for different brands, which can be effortlessly presented to executives and board members. The availability of templates for custom packages makes it easy for users to tailor their proposals, while the ability to send and track them simplifies the process. Proposable's trackability feature allows users to know when proposals have been viewed, enabling better pipeline management and easy reporting on closed or lost business at year-end. Integration with Hubspot has proved beneficial for users in managing their proposals effectively. Additionally, Proposable has enabled users to outline commercial details without confusion or ambiguity, making it easier to onboard clients. Ultimately, Proposable saves users time by quickly creating high-quality and professional proposals.

Simplified Proposal Tracking: Many users have expressed that <context> is particularly helpful for managing proposals with multiple stakeholders. Numerous reviewers state that it simplifies the tracking and monitoring of the proposal pipeline, making it easy to manage and monitor the progress of proposals.

Convenient Collaboration Tools: The database management and template creation feature in <context> has been highly praised by users. Some reviewers mention that this feature is highly convenient for teams spread out in different geographies as it allows for easy collaboration and ensures consistency in proposal creation for different types of services.

Efficient Customization Options: Users appreciate the ability to create standard packages in <context> that can be easily modified by various team members. Several reviewers have mentioned how this greatly speeds up and improves the efficiency of the proposal-making process. They also find the ease of customization and flexibility offered by these features to be valuable.

Bugs and Lack of Adaptability: Users have encountered bugs while using Proposable and found the platform to be lacking in adaptability. One user has mentioned confusion with the coding mode due to extra coding tags, making it difficult to navigate and customize. Other users have experienced issues with copying and pasting content, as well as finding it challenging to make changes or additions, leading them to feel that the software is not flexible enough.

Poor Mobile Layout: The mobile layout of contracts is considered subpar in terms of user experience and readability compared to other platforms in the industry. Concerns have been raised about potential clients being unable to view proposals properly from their smartphones.

Limited Customization Options: Users expressed a desire for more customization options in proposals. Some users find formatting challenging at times, resulting in instances where they have lost or damaged parts of their work. Navigating and updating library line items and templates can be tedious for some users who would like a function that automatically updates templates when line items are changed.

Users have made several recommendations for the software based on their experiences. The most common recommendations are to:

  1. Try the 14-day trial before purchasing: Many users suggest taking advantage of the trial period to fully explore the software's features and capabilities. This allows users to determine if the software meets their specific needs and preferences before committing to a purchase.

  2. Simplify the user interface: Some users find the software to be overly complicated, especially when compared to their primary need of obtaining a signature. They recommend making the user interface more intuitive and user-friendly, ensuring that it is easy for individuals with varying levels of technical expertise to navigate and use effectively.

  3. Enhance customization options: Users appreciate the software's ability to make proposals look beautiful with custom graphics. However, they recommend expanding the customization options further to allow for greater flexibility in creating visually appealing documents. This could include adding more templates, fonts, colors, and layout options to cater to different branding requirements.

Overall, users agree that while the software excels in creating visually appealing proposals with custom graphics, improvements can be made in terms of simplifying the user interface and expanding customization options. Trying out the 14-day trial is also encouraged to ensure compatibility with individual needs before making a purchase decision.

We use proposable every day to create and send out contracts to customers. It really helps us to get contracts out fast and are easy to understand for the customer as they go through their buying process. They can review the terms and conditions, understand what's included with the subscription to our service, and it's extremely to accept and e-sign.
  • It's easy to e-sign: click the accept button, e-sign, and you're done!
  • You can create and modify templates.
  • It's easy for our sales reps to quickly make adjustments depending on the contract terms.
  • Prospects can chat and write messages with questions they have within proposable.
  • Sometimes the interface gets stuck and it can be super clunky when making adjustments to your basic templates.
  • More times than we'd like to admit, Proposable has timed out and we've had to reach out to their support team about the software not working.
  • Every once in a while, the link we send out for the proposal doesn't work and has to be resent.
It is a great solution for small to medium-sized businesses. It is fairly customizable, and their support team has been great to work with us. They have helped us build some custom workflows to push a customer straight to a credit card page once they sign the proposal. This has really helped increase conversions when signing on a new customer.

  • The automation to our billing page has definitely increased conversions from an accepted proposal to running a payment.
  • It's made our sales process much more fluid by having approved templates which avoid reps having to waste hours tracking down management for approval.
I didn't choose Proposable over DocuSign, but I did use it at a previous company. Proposable is great for the smaller business and makes the creation and sending of agreements so easy! DocuSign was nice, but it was more complex in my experience and created a bottleneck for our sales team to get approval. I'm sure this was more of our own internal process, but between the two, Proposable was much faster to get what you needed in the form of an agreement. Less time freed up more time for selling!

Proposable is the perfect software for drawing up formal proposals. It really gives you an edge over your competitors. It is very professional and looks really nice. I can't tell you how many prospects comment on how great of a software we use. Many have actually signed up after receiving a proposal which I have sent over. I wouldn't use any other software.
  • Very professional
  • Easy to navigate and use
  • Easy to edit and draw up new proposals
  • Notifies you that a proposal has been viewed when sent in a text message
  • Can be difficult at times
  • It will occasionally go down, but one for a minute or two
I use Proposable everyday. It is the best way to draw up terms and agreements. It takes me about 15 minutes to draw up a proposal and email it over to a prospect. It is a very quick and painless process. As a salesman, I send these proposals everyday, so it is nice to have it be so easy to use. I also loved being notified on my phone whenever a prospect views or accepts an agreement.

  • It has left a great impression on current prospects and clients
  • It is the easiest way to draw up terms of an agreement
  • It is the best way to track who and when a prospect is viewing a proposal
I have never used a different platform for proposals. To be honest, I have had the most positive experience I could ask for. I will never use another proposal software. If I ever start my own business or am a decision maker, I will 100% choose to use Proposable. I couldn't ask for a better software.

We use Proposable as the only solid app for Sales Quotes that integrates with Salesforce at a reasonable cost.
  • Proposable Integrates fairly well with Salesforce by fetching contact's data and also updating the Opportunity status automatically when the client signs off.
  • I can add and take out sections to the proposals giving me the flexibility to create proposals for different scopes without writing everything from scratch.
  • The user interface is not intuitive and you'll need some time to understand where things are.
  • The structure of the proposals is sort of rigid and is difficult to create really beautiful documents (unless you are a genius designer).
Proposable is better suited for proposals worth investing time on. Longer or complex sales processes or high worth. Because it is difficult to create custom proposals quickly, I believe this is not a fit for transactional-like situations.

  • Proposable is not my ideal solution, but it met the requirements of integrating with Salesforce to avoid duplicate data entry and automatic status update.
  • I haven't seen an increase in won proposals compared with other systems.
  • Overall, it does its job fairly well though it has room for improvement.
I selected Proposable because of the solution to our needs vs cost balance. I think Proposable has a lot of room for improvement, but if you need to integrate with Salesforce without spending a fortune, this is your way to go.
