It makes it easy to move from design to development. We collect highly targeted feedback without organizing a meeting to discuss every iteration, saving time and effort. The comments are open-ended and unorganized. But with survey Nudges, we can ask additional questions about design UI/UX.

Qualaroo is an ideal tool to analyze website traffic and also know what visitors like or dislike on your website. But if you want to know exactly what the users are doing then heatmaps or session recording software is a better option. To do that you can integrate such software with Qualaroo to get the best outcome.

So if others are on the same lookout, they might want to give it a go.

Qualaroo is great for onsite surveys that need to capture additional information like UTM data and talk/interact with Google Analytics through events. The team at Qualaroo has also been great to work with as they navigated our corporation's security policies. They were also great at working with us to find a package that suited our needs within our budget.

Customer service, we use Qualaroo to try to identify what customers need on a specific page or journey if it's not being taken care of. Sales flow, in order to identify pain point on the sales journey. Understand customers appetite for new products and services. Request for feedback about brand and products. Qualaroo is a great resource to ask visitors specific feedback on a redesign, who they are in terms of demographics, or why they are not taking a specific action on a high value page. Qualaroo is probably not best suited for a page, or situation, where you want to limit the amount of interaction your site has with a visitor.

Qualaroo's exit survey feature is probably better-suited to eCommerce sites (which we are not). The two questions I would ask in considering Qualaroo are:

1) How much control do you need over targeting specific "nudges" to specific pages and how complex are the URLs on your site? If you want tight controls, Qualaroo can give you that, but you need to be able to write (potentially) complex regular expressions to get the targeting you need. If you don't need tight controls, there are likely simpler and cheaper options out there.

2) Do you want a solution that integrates seamlessly into existing systems? If your site has a registration wall or a pay wall or you otherwise have access to identifying information about your users, Qualaroo's API makes it easy to know exactly who is responding to your surveys. Again, there are less expensive options out there if you don't need this.

Compared to other products, Qualaroo pop-ups are easier to spot. If you want something very unobtrusive, this might not be the product for you. However, I have never heard customers complain about the pop-ups and they receive great response rates.
