I use Qualtrics to create custom research surveys. Qualtrics has great tools to add flow logic, randomization, and validation checks. Plus, its out of the box function can be enhanced using custom javascript.

Qualtrics is used across my organization.

We use Qualtrics for surveys and experiments of the public and of specific organizations that we are partnering with. It is used across our entire university. It is a useful research tool for primary social science research and for applied research of organizations and communities.

I am actually using Qualtrics to complete my dissertation. Most everything is intuitive, plenty of video training in advance of building your project. I have needed to call Tech support only a few times but have gotten exceptional support each time. I feel like I have just had a conversation with a good friend and always get my issue fixed or a explanation of what is possible. . . . Job well done Qualtrics!!!

Qualtrics is a tool where faculty evaluations are built and sent to students for completion. Using this tool Allows us to collect and analyze our data and report in meaningful ways. We also use it as a peer evaluation for a course that uses small groups as part of its curriculum. We ask questions relating to the overall group and individual team members.

Currently, I have a user license, but I and some other colleagues on campus are recommending a site license. I've been using Qualtrics for close to a decade, wrote an accepted proposal for its purchase at my previous institution, and have purchases a user license at my current. It is a must have piece of technology.

My office is a small unit within a very large university. All of the professionals in the office, as well as our student analysts, use it routinely to gather data. Thousands of others at the university-faculty, staff and students-use it as well. We use Qualtrics to gather survey data that help us support the university's assessment and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualtrics is being used to facilitate our internal mid-year employee engagement surveys across the whole global organization. The problem it solves for me is around implementation and analysis time - I've saved a huge amount time using this tool with implementation and in supporting analysis of the results for our global teams, as a result, saving valuable time preparing individual presentations. The system has been easy and simple to set up and use, and I've had great feedback from the business on the survey itself as well as the functionality of the dashboard.

Qualtrics is currently being used by a client of mine to conduct two research communities. One consisting of existing clients, the other a competitive community of non-clients. The client uses it across the research department and the goal is to quickly take a pulse on user expectations and reactions. It's been successfully utilized for both discovery, concept testing, and product refinement.

My colleagues and I conduct language acquisition research and use Qualtrics regularly (through our university) to collect language-related data including global foreign accent ratings, grammaticality judgment tasks, and participant language use and background information. It allows us to build and distribute surveys not only to the participants that come into our lab on campus but across the country and internationally. This latter part is particularly important for our research, as we often rely on data provided by native speakers of Spanish and Portuguese, among other languages.

We're using Qualtrics across the organisation to gauge customer satisfaction and also as a vehicle for online forms. It is allowing us to automatically generate survey invitations that are relevant to the customer and to record their responses in their customer records.

Qualtrics is being used by our organization to manage quality audit reviews. Qualtrics developed a custom application which manages the execution of the individual audits, and we use their existing survey technology to develop custom audits unique to each business area.
