Qubit uses visitor history data to understand different user segments and serve personalized messages to segments using JavaScript. It is available as either a managed or self-service model. Data is collected using Qubit's own Universal Variable data model, or by integrating the user's existing model via our API. We combine quantitative data with qualitative visitor feedback to give Qubit users the ability to detect areas for optimization. Using JavaScript means that changes do not have to be hard-coded into the site, giving marketers and ecommerce teams greater power to implement changes outside of the development cycle. Users can A/B test any changes to their site using Qubit, and our user interface lets them know when the necessary sample size, and what the test results are. Qubit also allows users to bring different silos of information together to provide a holistic view of their marketing channels, and understand what action will have the greatest impact on their overall business. Qubit has received investment from Balderton and Accel totalling more than $36 million.https://dudodiprj2sv7.cloudfront.net/product-logos/7U/U0/7LQJX3DQ4V7D.JPEGQubit are a great conversion optimisation partnerWe first started working with Qubit in summer 2012. Initially we employed Qubit to do a user experience lab for us as the original desktop site had a very low conversion rate. Spurred by the lab results they gave us we rolled out a redesign of the site in September and doubled our conversion rate over night. We then went on to redesign the checkout and increased our checkout completion rate from 50 to 70%. We implemented Qubit OpenTag on the site, using their tag manager to integrate with various 3rd parties like Linkshare, Clicktale, AppNexus, Criteo etc. We also use the Discover platform for behavioural data reporting and A/B live testing on the site.,Tag management - we used to do bespoke integrations with our web platform that were lengthy and costly. Qubit made it quick & easy. A/B testing supported by great account management - our account managemer and analyst at Qubit are really young, bright and innovative and keep coming up with new split testing ideas pro-actively: our most successful test was to use the email sign up box on the site to serve a popup layer encouraging new customers to register. We increased sign-ups from 20 to 180 a week. Their Discover platform gives us a wealth of user behaviour data that is more layered and in-depth than our Google Analytics account and has helped us think of the business, merchandising and on-site UX differently. We're currently working on establishing an eCRM program that will user behavioural data captured by OpenTag and put it into our ESP platform. The feedback box has helped on many levels as it gathers information on all parts of the business. It was especially helpful in encouraging the buying team to lower our ASP on the site that was extremely high the first season: by introducing elevated contemporary brands like Rag & Bone, Frame denim etc,Pen tag does slow down the site - improve site performance Make behaviour data accessible through customisable open API,10,They've helped our conversion rate (CR) increase by 250% over the last 2 years They're also very agile, work fast and are happy to connect with our other 3rd parties, which made them valuable especially in terms of improving incoming traffic retention in collaboration with our SEM agency,10,9One of the best A/B testing and personalization platforms today. We use Qubit as an A/B testing and personalization platform on our e-commerce site. It is being used within the marketing and IT departments. We had tried previous A/B testing and personalization software with our site but nothing compares to Qubit. We finally found a solution that not only doesn't conflict with our e-commerce platform, but also gives us a way to change the design on the website without needing to go through IT development cycles.,Qubit has great support and Simon, our point man at Qubit has given us great ideas and contributed to our e-commerce strategy to increase conversion and overall ROI on our website. The ability to be able to A/B test different features on our site without impending other projects and priorities. One of my favorite parts of Qubit is their ability to give us back customer feedback collected on our site in an organized and simple to use feature in their dashboard. This gives myself and team a direct line with our customers. Something I have always wanted.,I would like more communication between myself and Qubit. I feel that a bi-weekly phone call isn't enough to push strategy forward. Initially we encountered conflicts with Qubit and other 3rd party scripts.,10,We have seen a slight impact on our overall ROI. It is still early days though, as our traffic sources have gone through quitesignificant changes.,Personyze,,3,The ability to be able to use Qubit to add a feature to the site, without having to go through an IT cycle We use the dashboard to help us discover any issues that our customers may have, whom may not necessarily contact customer service.,Sometimes when we have a promotion or sale and our own deployment wasn't successful, Qubit was able to step in and provide a solution for us. We had to temporarily disable a feature on the website and we were able to do this via Qubit's so that we didn't need to burden our already overwhelmed IT department.,We would like to continue to optimize and personalize the site further with Qubit. One of my aims is to really segment our audience and be able to deliver content on the homepage and even throughout the site that is personalized for that user specifically.,10,Yes,Product Features Product Usability Product Reputation,I was pretty happy with the process, we had a few bumps initially but were able to find a platform we were happy with and are excited to continue working with.,Implemented in-house,9,9,9,10Qubit are great for quantifying what difference a change to the website would makeQubit is being used on our website for A/B testing and visitor feedback. Running A/B tests enables us to make informed decisions as to what we would like to use/change on the website.,Personal contact at Qubit - I always know who to reach out to rather than just having an impersonal support email. Lots of testing ideas coming from Qubit, so we can utilize best practices.,Reporting on the data gathered on the website could be easier. Visitor opinion could have categories you could program rather than machine learning.,9,We were able to quantify what difference having a countdown timer makes to the conversion rate. With visitor opinion we are able to quickly spot any quick wins and pass the feedback on to the relevant teams to improve the site.,,Qubit are is to suggest A/B test ideas based on what they see in our customer behaviour rather than just come up with generic things. They were also able to give as a very interesting overview of customer behaviour over the peak trading period.,We are able to create more sophisticated A/B tests targeting only new visitors or recurring visitors.,IBM Digital Analytics, Google Analytics,5,2,A/B testing Tracking the customer experience with visitor opinion Online analytics,Looking at our features and quantifying how well they are doing,Enhancing the visitor opinion options Product recommendations,Better website userfriendliness Understanding conversion drivers,9,In-person training,10,10,No,They've always been quick to respond and did everything to investigate and solve any issues.,8,10,10,10,Tagging for IBM Digital Analytics,Not at the moment,10,10,I have found dealing with Qubit very easy, we have regular calls plus an account manager is always there for any ad hoc questions.

I would say that the Qubit account managers are always available for any request. We have a lot of different promotions that could always do with last minute optimizing or changes and Qubit can be relied on to get this changes up and running in an impressive amount of time, so that we don't need to patch live or wait for the next IT sprint. Invaluable to our business.
