Technology is good for A/B testing and personalisation - allowing any team with a dedicated developer to create test relatively easily and to report/analyse them in a fair amount of details. Some advanced features, especially on the set up of test cells, are dearly missing.
Unfortunately, new features are often not free of bugs...
Also, support is sub-par, which means new features are realised without proper documentation, example or training (but of our Qubit counterparts and internally).

Qubit and other script-injection tools all activate after page load so there is naturally some delay with these things - often manifested by a momentary flicker or flash for things manipulated when they are in view when the page first loads. This does happen with Qubit, but no worse than any other similar technology - the performance of their CDN serving up the scripts and content has always been good, however, and is completely unnoticeable, which is just how it should be when loading third party scripts on the site.

What is Qubit?

Qubit uses rich visitor data to understand different user segments and serve personalized messages to audience segments using JavaScript. It is available on either a managed or self-service model.

Data is collected using Qubit’s own QProtocol data layer, or by integrating the user’s existing model via our API. Quantitative visitor behavioral data is combined with qualitative visitor feedback and ingested data from Qubit users' other systems of record enabling them to identify areas of the site and customer groups to optimize and target with personalization experiences.

Using JavaScript means that changes do not have to be hard-coded into the site, giving marketers and ecommerce teams greater power to implement changes outside of the development cycle.

Users can A/B test any changes to their site using Qubit, and the user interface lets them know what the test results are.
