Compare to excel Quickbase is having so many advanced features which help users to solve different scenarios of real time problem. excel can only store and sort the data according to our request. Pipelines, notifications, reports, charts, formulas, forms these are the advanced features of Quickbase which are more useful than excel

Microsoft tools are functional but they are not necessarily created for scalability. As our contract scaled, we needed something that had the capability to consolidate data as well as handle more and more amounts of data and analysis. Quickbsae has also helped us stop working in silos, especially with project management as we can now have multiple project managers editing their own projects at a time and having our lead project manager see any/all updates in real time.

Since implementing our instance of QuickBase back in 2014, we haven't needed to look into other products. At this point, we're not entirely certain another single product solution could provide us with the benefits we've seen using QuickBase. As long as they continue to roll out new and exciting features with little to no bugs present, then we'll continue to use their services for our needs.

QuickBase stood out in front of them in terms of time to market, maintenance cost, and expertise required to build applications. QuickBase was better in terms of our standard requirements meeting against these other products. It was also better in terms of flexibility of the application in meeting our requirements, brand recognition, and our security assessment of the products etc.

I picked Quickbase before investigating the low-code no-code market because I was so impressed. I did a pricing exercise a couple years ago because Quickbase was drastically increasing the cost and decreasing our allotments/features. We could have saved a lot of money by going with another comparable solution. However, those companies didn't have the longevity and all of the features and functions that Quickbase had.

Some will tell me they don't use Quickbase because they already have Excel. I always take that opportunity to explain how they're missing out by not converting that Excel sheet (which takes less than 1 minute to convert) into a Quickbase tool. The functionality that Quickbase has over Excel is amazing.

From what I've seen in other products that are similarly marketed, Quickbase is far and away the best. The level of flexibility, the number of possible integrations, and the overall user friendliness make Quickbase a formidable solution for any organization looking to improve their current ways of working by digitizing their processes and automating workflows.

These are some of the costly softwares, compared to Quickbase the user interface of these are not friendly and when it comes to Quickbase. QUICKBASE it has good and user friendly interface dashboard and anyone can learn without much training. Smartsheet is similar like excel and boaring software, for team work sofware the user interface is very confusing and sometimes its difficult to find some data also

Out of the box softwares come with out of the box assumptions that are difficult to mold your workflow to so companies generally adapt part of their workflow to how the software works and then when that fails revert to doing it outside of any system. Quickbase does the opposite where you can create an application big or small to meet the exact needs of that use case and so the application and your workflow are always in sync. There will always be a place for systems such as accounting software that solves such a specific use case that it should not change much, but in all other cases the software should work for you Quickbase can always fill that gap in almost every use case.

Quickbase is highly flexible for application development. Other vendors also provide customization options, but Quickbase is preferred because it is more flexible and provides more custom options. Also, Quickbase is preferred because it is easier for data handling. Other products like QuickBase also provide this option but may not be suited for broad data management.

Prior to Quickbase, we used Microsoft Access. The limitations were that it was not available on the cloud and coworkers were getting locked out of the database. You could not make development changes until everyone was out of the database.
