Yes, our organization has been able to benefit from the rapid application capabilities that QuickBase offers to its customers. For example, we have several business units who are utilizing citizen developers to further enhance their BU's daily processes. Originally, QuickBase applications were being built and maintained by our Information Technology team, which often held up overall progress of these apps being built due to IT's available resources and time constraints. Now that the business units who delve primarily within QB have their own citizen developers available, they have been able to justify hiring more team members to keep up with the demands of executives and operations management. QuickBase has been able to empower our organization's business users by allowing them to make alterations and entirely new apps in short time, as opposed to enlisting the help of a standard development team to build these apps for them.

We've definitely achieved faster turnaround in creating, building, maintaining custom applications with QuickBase however deploying is still quite crude and lengthy. I recommended them back in 2015 to adopt concepts of build sets or installers/schedulers however nothing much has happened in that space except having a sandbox environment for deployment but that too is not very helpful or successful. We need faster/smarter deployment mechanisms in QuickBase than what we have presently. I don't see their focus in this space.

100% yes! Quickbase is the most agile and user-friendly product I have ever had the pleasure of using. It is a truly remarkable system that no organization should go without. New users can be onboarded and build simple applications in a very short time. Maintenance of applications is also extremely simple, even when ownership needs to be transferred. Our organization has certainly achieved the expected benefits from Quickbase, and we are very pleased.

As of now we are in changing phase and we are currently using Quickbase for small sets of data and projects. Quickbase is fulfilling our needs and expectations. I am sure we will use and make Quickbase as our primary data management software for our project management related activities. I can say that with the Quickbase we have good satisfaction and experience.

We have several different departments in my organization that create and maintain their own Quickbases. These are created very quickly and are easily modified if we find that we want to add or delete features. Usually, we can go back and collab on what will work best for all of the stakeholders.

In Quickbase we have created a different custom application for our clients and also for our internal needs organization. We can create the application faster and easier as it doesn't require code for making simple applications compared with complex applications that required less code to create the application. While creating the different application as per client need our client is happy and still they using for tracking their business performance and KPIs too.

QB has helped us simplified complex processes into manageable steps. Development time in QB is very minimal, allowing you to develop processes as the need arises. Since development is within your control, improvements and modifications are implemented right away at little or no cost.

We definitely have achieved this benefit. We created a standardized project template for our system some time back, and it's worked wonderfully for years. The template lets us manage documents, resources, issues, timelines, and so on -- and it's easily customized so that if something specific needs to be changed, we can do that for the one project while our other project apps remain as is.

Yes. I have personally built functioning apps in a very short amount of time. This is a huge plus of Quickbase, and the ability to go from nothing to a deployed app in a relatively short timeframe is paramount to success. Maintaining the app after it is deployed is fairly straightforward and manageable.

I think collaboration is great. So one thing for us is we're able to build application solutions iteratively and allow our customers to see and provide feedback on certain phases of delivery as opposed to waiting until the end, where we may be required to reverse engineer or re-engineer major components of the solution. So having that collaboration at our disposal helps us get immediate results. And we are able to provide access to all users so they can feel like they've got a vested state as stakeholders.

Our business has seen an improvement in the processing of customer proposals and orders, thanks to the ability for each of my stores to be able to see on the dashboard where each customer is in the process, and what steps are needed to be made. Follow-up is at an all-time high.

We have created custom applications for many organizations. In the past we have spent much time and resources in creating detailed requirements and production schedules. Using QB we are able to spend less time on requirements gathering and use that time for prototyping instead. Customers love this because users can see tangible results of requirements in a short amount of time. The development process then becomes way more collaborative with is a great win for everyone.

We think it has allowed us to make custom applications, to modify and continue to use them. As I stated in my previous answer, we are working with other parts of our company to integrate our core Quickbase data with other systems across the company. Even without knowing how those systems work, we can still share information from Quickbase

We have definitely achieved this benefit through using Quickbase as it is our primary program management tool. If someone wants to engage with our program at the company, they are first directed to complete a Quickbase form first.

We have achieved this to a certain extent, however our shifting business needs are leading us to use Microsoft applications much more since community based sites and file saving/sharing are much easier with the Microsoft ecosystem.

We have built several applications with varying degrees of complexity. The rapid development platform has served us well to get base functionality out in production quickly. We have extended some areas with custom UX features where necessary using 3rd party development partners recommended by Quickbase.
