Quickbase

QuickBase has certainly allowed us to build apps quicker, improve greater visibility among end users and team members, solved several business challenges that our business units were facing, and allowed at least two of our business units to build a better way to track and report where work was being done. Instead of taking weeks worth of work by a dedicated development team, our citizen developers have been able to build out applications within a week (sometimes within a day!) that provides operation with the exact information they requested. Remotely situated team members have also been able to receive greater visibility into their projects, making it simpler for these users to know what work is currently being handled and which jobs still require some attention.

So far, Quickbase has met my every need as a builder. There are so many options, and the user interface and user experience couldn't be better. Everything works the way you would expect it to, ad it just makes sense. With Quickbase, I hoped to achieve process improvement and automation for many of our manual, tedious, and time-consuming tasks.

We are trying to use most of the tools of the Quickbase, some are really interesting and we are making sure to use these tolls in near future.
We are also trying to automate the workflow and trying to keep minimal manual works. We will ask Quickbase team to train us if required to achieve our goal

We have launched multiple applications inside Quickbase that are helping to manage workflows and key data.

It is pretty easy to create an application with QB. The time it takes to make a new DB is minimal. Giving other teams and team members access to view or modify the data is a simple process. So basically admin is fairly easy from that standpoint. I use the asset management function quite a bit. It saves me a ton of time.

Yes, we have achieved outcomes with the help of Quickbase. As mentioned we have helped our external client to improve their business performance with the help of a custom application we created in Quickbase. Quickbase can easily integrate with third-party applications with the help of a pipeline. Quickbase also helps our client get rid of the spreadsheet!!

Apps can be developed and deployed very quickly compared to traditional app dev platforms. Apps can be customized to the Users' exact needs. ROI can also be increased if you develop more apps allowed within your application limit.

We have achieved these outcomes many times over.

All of these outcomes are possible with Quickbase and have been used for these reasons. Being able to build efficient apps that all staff can use and creating relevant reports that are easily read and digested have been positive outcomes of using Quickbase.

There are some benefits; there are some gains because the time it takes to develop an application is tremendously reduced versus some of the other career development platforms. The average user could actually become a developer fairly quickly. So we don't have to engage as many engineering resources as with some of the other technologies.

Quickbase has given us a platform to consolidate MULTIPLE running spreadsheets and database information.

Faster Deployment: Quickbase is by far the most robust, feature rich low code platform I have ever come across. It is deceptively easy to learn and use and allows me to make apps in minutes and hours instead of weeks and months.
Insights from Data: QB's extensive set reporting and analytical tools makes ad hoc querying and regular reporting a breeze to produce and looking good right out of the box. Not as feature rich and flexible as Power BI, but it can integrate with Power BI.
Collaboration: QB has great features for collaboration including role based functionality, dashboards, widgets, notifications, Kanban and subscriptions. I would love to see Slack like messaging interface options for display though.
Solving Specific Business Challenges + Deploying Application: QB's flexibility is only limited by your imagination.

Yes, though I was not on the original building team. Our core system replaced the traditional patchwork of spreadsheets to truly create the 'central source of truth'. We are excited to have the tools now to integrate this system with others in more places, and to be able to bring more users in.

We've seen efficiency for sure. Definitely simplicity is huge. The automated process has really helped our business a lot.

We've been able to optimize our program using Quickbase by creating a custom dashboard that allows us to remotely manage the request pipeline for 3 geographically separated showcase facilities.

Account teams from all over the country are allowed to submit a request specific to each of these locations.

Our application is the main tracking source of important work in Operations. From provider reported issues, to returned checks, to contract implementation , and quality control tracking of staff.

Cooper Steel is now using 2 larger complex applications and 3 simple applications in production. The user base has gone through the change management process and is now embracing the product in a better way with constructive feedback and high feature adoption. We have a roadmap of enhancements, and new feature sets across all our current applications.
