Quickbase

Well, there's a plethora of low-code tools out on the marketplace and, you know, there's a reason that we've decided to partner with QuickBase because it has all the right balance of the ability to integrate with the ability for a citizen developer to create apps successfully. So if you look at something like Zo Ho's low-code offering, for example, yes, there are some similarities there, but they're really dependent on all of their other licensed products to get you where you want to be, where with QuickBase you have the ability to truly create something custom.

QuickBase was easy to implement. Functionality matched our needs of replacing Excel managed processes with a tool that had modern app capabilities and was hosted in the cloud.

I've never used anything that does quite what QuickBase does, not something that's fully integrated with everything else.

QuickBase is really the first product like itself that I've used. I mean, granted I lived and breathed in Excel in my past career, and being able to see what you do in Excel and bring it to life in a totally different aspect to an application in QuickBase is just taking it to a different level.

I haven't been a practitioner of other products, but I have taken a glimpse at them. One of them that comes to mind is the service. Now, the way that we use QuickBase is it's more suited, better suited. and I have used a couple of others over the years or, or had them pointed out to me but I don't recall what their names are.

We have looked at Salesforce. It's just not fit for us. QuickBase is definitely more helpful and more easier to use and just better useful.

Microsoft Access was one of the DB programs that I have used in a job previous to my current one. I found it to have many more features than Quickbase does but it was a lot harder to set up and maintain. Also, it was harder to share among multiple teams. I basically feel that Access is not as current as QB.

I have not worked in any other platforms.

Quickbase was the best when we were doing the research.

Since 2016, we started using Quickbase, and I've managed three or four different accounts for different projects and we stayed with Quickbase since then.

Quickbase has a pipeline, so we're trying to figure out how we can connect those two sides. Right now we're trying to flesh out which side is the data we wanna actually work with. That's the only other one I've used specifically that I know is very similar in the way you can like build your own database from the ground up and that works well, too.

We selected Quickbase as it can help us to create the application faster and easier. Here Quickbase gives us both features like integration and development. With the feature called pipeline, the user can easily integrate the third-party application with Quickbase without using any connector like Workato or Zapier. Nowadays Quickbase also provides the feature of Dashboard too. So, by considering all the points we have selected the Quickbase on top of that!!

This is the first time I've used this type of product. Generally, it's either on Excel or it's on PowerPoint or it's on Word. So this is my first experience with this type of application.

I had evaluated Salesforce before, but it was way more expensive and way more complex for our use case.

Their logging is a little bit more advanced than I would say the pipelines is, but as far as information storing and again, wide accessibility, Quickbase just blows it out of the park. As far as getting the same information spread along to a wide base of people, Quickbase is really the go-to.

They all ended up being different systems that are siloed and Quickbase brings everything together.

When we started the process, we looked at Airtable. I think there's a couple of no-code platforms that we looked at, and I don't honestly remember. I had a consultant do a lot of that work for us and this was the one that was recommended.

I actually checked out aFrench company that I can't remember right now. I did look around first for a really long time and finally, the new hire was the one who told me about it.

Recently I started looking at other no-code systems. I looked at Creation, I looked at Mendix, Google apps, and then I thought, well, I gotta look at Quickbase because I'm using it, but my memory of Quickbase was just that I hadn't looked at the new features. I just remember it from like 10 years ago when we inherited it from Intuit. But I'm learning now that there are some pretty awesome features. So I'm more excited about it.

When we were choosing Quickbase, we looked at FileMaker Pro and a couple of other ones that I don't remember, but we ultimately went with Quickbase just because of the flexibility of building it exactly how we needed it to be.

I like Quickbase better than both of them in terms of ROI.

This is my first time using any type of CRM like this. So it's been a very eye-opening experience but very, very simple experience as well.
