Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

One of the main benefits of Quickbase is its flexibility. You are able to adapt modules and tables on the go and with minimal limitation. It is, however, limited by the standard database Parent/Child relationships, which seem to fluster many, but that should be expected. With proper organization of your tables and understanding of databases Quickbase suffers very few additional limits and all can be worked out or around.

The building of our first app was, quite honestly, painful. BUT it was not the fault of Quick Base. Rather, it was the fault of three different systems, with different database structures and less-than-optimum standardization of data entry, all of which had to be collated into one Quick Base "app."

But once it was built and the data cleanly migrated/entered, WOW. Want a different view? Bingo, it's done. Need something completely different, like a way to track inbound phone leads? Snap your fingers and there it is.

My boss used to ask me for reports from our old system, and it would take me the better part of a day to get the info he needed. Now, he gets the information himself and formats it how he wants it. Yes, much faster, much easier - and much more fun.

Yes! This is the single biggest reason why I chose QuickBase, and it was one of the best choices I have made in my career. Nothing I have used previously comes close to leveraging my rapid application development time like QuickBase.

We are in early stages of deployment, but so far things are good. So far our group has a tool that gives our team members all the information that is necessary, in one place, to perform our work. May only save 10 minutes per project a day, but for use that's almost an 8 or 9 resource hours per day. That alone is a great savings. Also, we are creating a tool our clients can access and trust more than their own tools they use.

You can release an App in hours or just a couple of days depending on your needs. This means super fast deployment and reliability on a robust platform not found elsewhere.

Yes. Before QB, we were entering all the information on a clunky MS Access database. Only a few people were able to access it and when changes needed to be made, we had to write down notes and bring them back to our offices to make the changes. Now, we can make the changes live.

We are definitely able to rapidly deploy new business apps. It typically takes about a month to get a new app deployed, but half to 2/3 of that time is the "people" part---understanding requirements before the app is built, and working with the users to beta test and tweak the interface after it's built. The actual build time on a new app is very short for someone experienced with QuickBase. As an experienced app administrator, I can roll out a new app with some pretty nice features in half a day. A newer admin can, with some coaching, complete an app in a week or two.

We have successfully integrated data from other systems, eliminating certain redundancies. In our very fast growing company, we are able to keep up because of QB. We continue to build integration with other systems, so we haven't fully achieved our goal of seamless integration... But then again as long as we grow we will never be done.

I feel that we have apps that are long-term as well as disposable one-time use apps. Because of the speed of development and times when those last minute projects pop up, I have been able to spin up an app in as little as 30 minutes to address the needs of the project and meet the reporting and notifications requirements of the stakeholders.

Yes, my organization was able to build an app, create multiple tables, and connect them all easily. Our communications app not only tracks requests, but it allows Comms Admins to assign channels, add contacts, and add/modify/remove channel dates, all in one report even though these three items are all in separate tables.

We are a comlany of 8 office staff members. I am supposed to be the Operations Manager, yet, I have had the time to create and manage our Quick Base Apps to increase our effeciency and effectiveness of our business. I’m still learning the coding side, but Quick Base makes it easy to learn.

I agree Quick Base is a perfect solution for building, deploying, and maintaining custom business applications faster and easier. My organization realized huge benefits in terms of FTEs reduction, cost/time saving, improving productivity and adding efficiencies. Also, we have offered Quick Base to customers where the time ask was to achieve above-mentioned criteria and our proposal and actual implementation did complete justice to gain customer satisfaction.

We are able to use Quick Base to much more quickly get people who aren't "geeks" up and running to get their businesses processes out of spreadsheets and into the light. With some coaching most users like it and get the idea of making things work better. We are able to rapidly iterate on apps and quickly build up or tear down as needed.

The ability to take your spreadsheet data, import it into a table, and then set up what fields, what layout, what access, you want for that data is fast, easy, and simple to achieve. Within minutes, you can take a standalone spreadsheet and incorporate that into your platform and make available to all appropriate staff.

Quick Base has allowed us to develop and improve in continual iterations of the app rather than having a lot of meetings with high cost consultants, designing everything on paper and then waiting months before we get a beta copy, making changes back and forth and then releasing it to the end users. Quick Base allows us to deliver a lot of information without many features, get info back from the end users, implements new features quickly, get more feedback, make improvement, etc, etc. This back and forth and continual improvements has worked very well for us delivering benefits one small step at a time and allow users to get used to the product over time rather than a set implementation date and the stress that usually comes along with software installations.

With Quick Base, we are able to change fields and form layouts on the fly. This is beneficial in streamlining workflows to how our team is using Quick Base today. With this flexibility, we can change it again months or years from now and not lose any data due to those updates. We also have an archival history for customers we've had for years or marketing events, which helps us create better sales processes or decision on our marketing spend.

I am the app builder for our company. App building has become a simple task after years of being in the system and understanding how things trigger. Over the last 6 months, I had created an application that ran an entire roll-off business for hurricane relief efforts. It handled order entry to invoicing and took about a day to create, with updates and modifications made over a few weeks to meet production standards. Very easy to make changes and at the drop of a dime.

Once you get through the initial learning curve with Quick Base, it is possible to build and deploy apps very quickly. Like everything else, you have to be careful to make sure that what you deploy is a good product. It's easy to deploy a good product, but it is also very easy to deploy something terrible.
