Quickbase

Almost all of the mentioned checklist items we have to achieve except 2nd point which is the ability to drive insight from our data. I know in terms of reports, analytics and other workflow capabilities it's there. But I am specific about the demanding trend of Artificial intelligence with that we can do useful predictions/forecasting and can also provide bots to the application users. e.g a chatbot as an inquiry desk. I know and I have built it on other platforms like MS QnAMaker and added it to Quick Base too but making something available natively will make Quick Base rock in the area of AI too.

We have advanced knowledge from using Quick Base for a long time. This allows us to move very quickly and get exactly what we want out of the product. We have completely transformed how the business works and how long it takes to get things done. This has had a direct impact on our bottom line.

As mentioned, we use Quick Base and test the limits, in my mind. We use the platform to enter dates where support staff is needed, the system notifies staff available to help and they sign up to support that meeting. We use Quick Base to complete a multitude of performance reviews rating staff performance. These reviews are then pulled into a related table that provides a picture of all of those reviews in one location to then complete a performance review with out staff. Additional projects include: Staffing Needs, Staff Leaves, Customer Data and Documents, and much more.

We have been able to and are continue to deliver on the outcomes expected from our Quick Base implementation and development. We have a list of over 15 current projects that we have been working on which will deliver even more efficiencies and better insights into our operations, both from a looking back perspective as well as planning for the future needs.

Absolutely achieved. We've gone from multiple spreadsheets across multiple areas, to one consolidated source for all of our data that we can access from anywhere.

We have, but we keep moving the bar when we learn about what more Quick Base can do. We are now exploring how to integrate the other programs we use across the company into Quick Base to help us automate ever more processes and create a central hub of company information that can be accessed by management. This will be a huge step into streamlining communication and give our management team a quick snapshot of how all areas of the company are doing. This will also give them the data to be able to make decisions quicker, instead of waiting until month-end or quarter-end reports are submitted.

We have been successful completing these tasks and continue to modify and update to meet the changing needs of all our client's and future client's. We are always looking for ways to be better at providing the best customer experience and drive innovation. Also, Quick Base is continually making updates that we are keeping up with to modify our application to press forward into a more technology driven market.

We have achieved these outcomes. When someone comes to me with an enhancement request for an app I have built, I am sometimes able to make the changes as we speak. This is oftentimes surprising to the person making the request because they are used to waiting months for changes in other products.

Yes and Not Yet! For most of our apps we've been able to achieve these goals, and are continually fine-tuning them to match the ever-changing landscape of a business needs (QB allows us to be this agile). But we're still looking to build future apps that meet specific needs, we're just exploring the level of effort it would take to design these apps and if QB would be the right tool.

Yes, my team has helped other teams create multiple apps to solve their business problems. Once we had to understand where there was overlap between meetings and documents to reduce the amount of duplicate work so we create an app to see where things were happening to target and resolve those areas and improve efficiency in the process.

We have been able to foster the best communication I have seen in the administrative functions of our industry. We have been able to conquer specific business needs and achieve internal and customer-oriented goals quicker. This, in turn, has helped our overall customer satisfaction and have helped us become more efficient

Yes. Fully implemented them all, aside from some issues with reporting. But that's an issue of GIGO.

Yes, we are using multiple apps, that are now more customized to individual needs but allows for great reporting and insights.

Because Quick Base is easy to build out with unlimited customization; the desired results for each of my teams' apps were easily achieved quickly.

We're achieving more and more every day but I'm finding we have to also manage user/management expectations. Some users/management seem disappointed when our applications can't "read minds" or perform "magic". Its easy for them to lose site of how much we've gained with quickbase when they start asking for far more complicated process changes. Also, we're struggling with bad data inputs so Quickbase is helping showcase how we've collected bad data which isn't a fault of Quickbase. I just wanted to say, we've do so much with Quickbase and we're changing the way we tackle business processes.

Yes! Quick Base replaced several other applications for us and has been a great success! Compliance with keeping Quick Base records up to date has been better than with any other system because it's clear what should be done and reasonably easy to do it. It's also clear to everyone else whether you've done what you were supposed to do, which is an obvious incentive! We have also continued to find additional uses for Quick Base any time we start something new in the company. It's great!

We are able to have people across the entire company collaborate, which has been great. Within a few months, we have multiple applications up and running. Lastly, graphs and data are representative and being used at meetings.

We have been able to drastically reduce our development timelines since we have started using Quickbase. We also see significant savings by offloading development to business users rather than expensive IT resources. Quickbase's ability to integrate with other systems has allowed us to integrate data from those processes into our enterprise reporting and data warehouse repositories. Previously a lot of this data was trapped in spreadsheets and was not easy to access for reporting.
