Have achieved most - speed, collaboration, business solutions, and specificity. We need to get better at using data not just to track status but to use it to make smart business decisions. That’s where better graphical reports could help us achieve that goal. Word of mouth has helped with collaboration. We recently updated our resource allocation application to help managers better assign resources and report on staffing gaps. A large change in the update is to compare allocations there with actuals from our time reporting app, also built in Quickbase. We can see how we estimated compared to the time employees ended up working on project and tasks.

ROI comes from efficiencies and ease of use. The instructional or the ways you're able to put instructional manuals on there. You're getting return investment of not having to write this complex, how to guide on whatever you built, or you don't have to have the leg time of somebody entering this data into a spreadsheet. They enter it live. You get the information live instead of waiting for a report to come out because you're waiting on somebody to compile it together and get it next day information. You get live information as soon as it happens, so the return of investment. To me, the data analysis being more live stream and not so laid behind the next day. Data can be invaluable, but obviously everything has a price to it, right?But for what we pay for our, our quick. It is pennies compared to having somebody professionally develop the same thing for you. You're looking at going from a six figure costume, something that's more of a five figure cost, depending obviously on what you end up getting, but you could save quite a bit of money just by compiling it all into one central area.

I would say this product delivers positive ROI. Although, it is expensive. If you look at that first price tag, you are going to go oh my, that's fun. Especially cuz it's per user, per seat and you do have to consider, how you're going to be using it if random people to sign up for something. This may not be the product for you go with jot form or something, but if you're looking for something that's secure for your employees and you have enough employees to use it, it can def you have to be able to know why you're using it.It does save a ton of time. It handles a lot of things automatically that a lot of people just do on their spread. Just over and over again. And, spreadsheets can be damaged, contaminated formulas can be wrong. It just has a natural way of rooting out those problems, which of course, saves tons of time, tons of money with dealing with that kind of stuff. It has with pipelines, the ability to bring stuff in and all together, and you can, with the database, you can have different apps. So getting the license depending on what you're using for I would say the ROI can be good to very high.

It's so user friendly we're able to put the information in, get the correct information, and it just, right now it's a win-win.

Yes! We've helped build a whole business around Quickbase as an Add-on provider and third party seller. We can easily come in, install our add-ons and integrations to help drive further value within this platform. It has been nothing but great for us. Okay, perfect. Products like QuickBase are designed to make building, deploying, and maintaining custom business applications faster and easier. For me, like I mentioned earlier I came from a business management background, not a development background. I've been able to make my own customer success management applications from scratch with very little help from developers. The ability to do that on your own is very powerful. I Love it.

Examples such as building and deploying business applications faster, improving ability to drive collaboration. These are certainly great outcomes, improving collaboration is one of the big ones. Being able to reach out to customers and track those conversations, build next steps, as well as get them in touch with the right people at our organization has definitely been a huge win. Additionally, being able to connect multiple applications together through various tools whether it's Juiced Technologies add-ons, or tools like pipelines, it's truly powerful.

So we have four hundred and sixty, four hundred seventy clients. One of the ones that stand out the most is - We actually have a client that we were selling to saving them around $1.5 million a year in just one application. I would call that good ROI and the solving of business problems.

We have one process where all of our store managers they have to go and receive, they create orders in their stores when they need shelving for more shipping or they need labels and stuff like that. When they received the product, they were having to do a manual process to receive, and so the vendors can get paid. So we've automated that completely. We have a system they can go in and just click a button, receives the PO, and the vendor gets notified with it. It matches it up with the invoice and it's all ready to go. So it's really helped and definitely positive ROI from this.

Building, employing business applications faster, improving ability to drive insight, improving collaboration, I'd say. I feel like with my company there was a lot of duplication of effort by having things in different areas and with Quickbase, we're able to eliminate a lot of that. With the pipelines and with automations, you're able to automate a lot of things that were previously done manually. So that's been a lot of time savings. Yeah, good time savings there. Just the automations and the pipeline connecting to different cloud-based applications. So that's been a nice time for us.

I think the easiest way to translate ROI for when you convert from your old practices is really, number one, the ability to to reduce manual labor by doing, by using automations or pipelines, what have you to automate certain workflows.So now you might have a team of 10 people that are manually managing building for different accounts and they're going to two or three different systems because it's inefficient. You can then automate kind of the push and pull from your finance system back into your application. It reduces the amount of back and forth you have with your finance team.And so therefore it's it really reduces the amount of people that have to process this day to day stuff. And then the missing the bad information that you have when having unconnected systems is a huge issue for a lot of customers. And by having accurate information that helps too. So you could measure, you could obviously measure that. It takes you shorter time to do work, less people to do the same work, that sort of thing. And then you have more accurate work.

We've had positive impacts for me and my team, we all enjoy using it and pretty positive.

Quickbase is easy to use and makes the building process fast. They have great reporting tools that have been so helpful for analyzing data and reporting to end users.

No issues with what we are using it for. Everything we put in has been very ease to find and input.

Our company looks at efficiency in our workflows. We don't look to cut costs by slashing budgets. We target workflows and make them more efficient. It's amazing to see how a re-configured workflow saves so much time (and ultimately dollars). Quickbase has been instrumental in providing data visualization and enhanced workflows in a short period of time.

Things we hope to achieve with Quickbase include:

• Creating a new app that can track inventory and notify us when there is low stock.
• Sending email notifications to outside users (customers) with updates in regards to their tickets that we have in the system.
• Shipping notifications are sent to customers when their shipments leave our warehouse.
• Providing statistics on after-service products on defect rates (to report to manufacturer) We have not yet been able to figure out how to set up these features.

We were in fire mode when the tool was created several years back. We are now going back to see how some of the apps are being used to determine efficiencies that may need to be put in place. For example, the use of reporting.

All of the above were achieved.
