Quickbase

Kemma/Dell Bridgetrak - too many constraints, too complicated for new young people to use. (Or else they're just lazy)
ACT! - too many people had been using it without attention to following standards, so the data were miserably dirty.
And the people who had to use both were tearing their hair out!

m-Power, SharePoint, and Trello. The tools are good, but given our particular need, they just fell short. We extensively use Office and Oracle, but the problem is our organization is spread out across the country and each group builds a tool for their needs. Thus, we were always reinventing the wheel. Quick Base is changing that, making us more efficient.

For many of our organization needs where we were implementing applications by using SharePoint Online, we opted Quick Base. Also, we found offering Quick Base as a better solution to our clients as compared to SharePoint, .Net, Service now etc. depending on application need and users count.

ConnectWise. That program did not have the flexibility management needed for the type of data and reports they wanted.

Quick Base is replacing many scattered Excel spreadsheets, Access databases and a cloud based scheduling tool.

Initially all our Project Management was done in spreadsheets. They are still useful for other tasks, but no longer for PM!

Quickbase replaced some paper processes and pdf signing programs.

Intuit Quickbase was used in my business to track Professional Services engagements as a project management tool. It replaced an archaic Access database that had been managed in house.
