- Periodic feedbacks, where you can talk about your feelings, week after week.
- Recognizing others is easy and fun. You can be answered by the means of comments and likes, like social media.
- You can [establish] company strategies inside the platform as well.
- It's a little difficult adaptability between [the] English language and Portuguese. This is something. [that] has room for improvement.
- Sometimes I have some update problems with my organization community. I receive a notification that does not exist.
- Sometimes I don't receive all e-mails from Qulture.Rocks.
This is less appropriate for daily conversations like is done on Slack because it's a platform more related to professional purposes.

It is also possible to schedule a conversation with the leader and mark the next ones. After this conversation with the leader, it is possible to highlight the goals to be met and their evolution in solving them.

Qulture.Rocks is well suited for giving and asking for feedback from other colleagues and arranging meetings with your leader. It's also good to be able to tell the leader how you've been feeling this week. Qulture.Rocks is not good for visualizing and editing goals set in the leader's meeting.
