Qwilr has proven to be a highly effective tool for various business functions such as marketing, sales, service, and customer success. Users have found that by utilizing Qwilr's project links, they are able to provide prospects with detailed information about their business including financial results, videos, pricing, and more. The ability to track prospect engagement by monitoring link clicks and time spent on each block has solved the problem of blindly sending proposals. Many users describe Qwilr as an amazing tool for creating visually stunning project quotes quickly, resulting in significantly increased conversion rates. Particularly for B2B travel agencies, Qwilr helps present their unique selling proposition in a visually appealing and professional manner. Its minimalist design aligns well with various businesses' brand image. With Qwilr, businesses can respond rapidly with tailor-made proposals while impressing clients with interactive pages containing embedded content like videos, maps, and calendars. Sales teams also benefit from Qwilr's customizable features during sales calls and demos. Account management teams find it valuable for preparing beautiful and personalized presentations for prospective clients, while the sales planning department benefits from Qwilr's ability to untangle media proposals swiftly and creatively. Additionally, the use of Qwilr significantly reduces the time required to deliver presentations, leading to positive feedback from clients.

High-quality and eye-catching marketing brochures: Many reviewers have praised the product for providing high-quality and visually appealing marketing brochures. They appreciate the attention to detail in the designs, which help grab the audience's attention and make a lasting impression.

Easy-to-use interface with great selection of customizable templates: The easy-to-use interface coupled with a wide range of customizable templates has been highly appreciated by users. They find it convenient to navigate through the platform and are impressed with the variety of templates available, allowing them to create presentations tailored to their specific needs.

Seamless experience across different devices: Reviewers have commended the product for its beautifully responsive designs that ensure a seamless experience across various devices. Users appreciate being able to access their presentations on different platforms without sacrificing quality or functionality.

Grammarly Integration: Some users have mentioned that the lack of Grammarly integration is a drawback for those who rely on grammar and spelling assistance. They feel it would be beneficial to have this feature integrated into the software.

PayPal Integration: Another negative aspect pointed out by some users is the absence of PayPal integration for payments. This can be inconvenient for those who prefer using PayPal as their payment method.

Limited Customization Options: Users have expressed difficulty in editing custom block styles, indicating a need for more options and flexibility in customization. An improvement in this area could enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Users commonly recommend the following:

  1. Try before upgrading: Users suggest using the free version of Qwilr first before purchasing the upgraded PRO version. They also recommend reaching out to the Qwilr team for any questions or issues.

  2. Explore advanced design options: Users recommend learning CSS or seeking assistance from a designer to create advanced designs in Qwilr. This can greatly enhance the overall look and feel of presentations.

  3. Test with one client: Users advise trying out Qwilr by doing a trial and presenting it to one client. This allows users to experience the benefits of Qwilr and see how it can improve their presentations.

It's worth noting that users also mention some areas for improvement, such as the ability to change users on the team and support responsiveness. However, despite these minor drawbacks, users highly recommend giving Qwilr a try and consider it a hidden gem.

With Qwilr, we were able to create sales proposals and quotes. The thing [that] stood out to us is that Qwilr's pages were interactive in which you could embed content such as videos, maps and calendars. We felt that this impressed clients and kept them more engages when they could interact with their proposal.
  • Stock images are fantastic.
  • Extremely intuitive functionality.
  • Easy to drag and drop and can reuse complete building blocks makes it super easy to use.
  • Couldn't change the font type, size or color individually. Had to save it to a template.
  • Pricing tables aren't side by side which doesn't allow for side by side comparison of pricing tiers.
  • Sorting and organizing templates and folders is a bit inept.
It is great for presentations to customers and keeping them engaged in your presentation. Although it is great for creating a highly customizable presentation, some users may want even more control over font, font size and font color. Some of my colleagues have expressed some dissatisfaction with the formatting as well as saving any formatting changes that have made.

We're a travel agency targeted for the B2B market so we send lots of proposals to clients. We use Qwirl because it allows us to present our unique selling proposition in a "sexy" way with a good professional clean design. It makes our lives a lot easier. The minimalist look & feel is a perfect match for our brand. We are also able to respond very fast with a tailor-made proposal.
  • The integrations of other software
  • Great image library
  • Wonderful UI
  • High price
  • Lacks more functionalities to change fonts and color schemes.
  • Doesn't support video
It is perfect to create proposals and sales quotes. The pages have an excellent look & feel. Great for Sales Teams to create a good impression on the end customer. Good for anyone that wants to create an impact on the client with webpage proposals instead of PDFs sent by email. It can make a difference amongst your competition.

We use Qwilr to send what we call "project links" to our prospects. This "link" includes blocks or slides about us, financial results, videos, pricing, etc. One of the major problems that it addresses for us is we have access to data to see when they clicked on the link and to see how long they spent on each block within the project link. We are no longer blindly sending proposals.
  • Data analytics
  • Customization
  • Support
  • Eye catching formatting
  • Quick support
  • Wish it was easier to turn the links on and off.
  • Some of their custom block styles could be easier to edit.
It is less appropriate in initial email communications with a prospect. We use it after the first contact has been made and interest has been established. I prepare their custom Qwilr project link and send it over. This now becomes their one-stop show for everything about our business. I get notified when it gets opened, which prompts me to call that prospect.

  • Qwilr saved us valuable time on preparing proposals. Instead, we clone a template and insert name and pricing.
  • It has positively impacted our sales cycle now that we can see when they open it and how long they spend on what block.
  • No negative impact.
We have not used any other products like this.
Usually, we try to figure things out on our end. The one time I had to chat with support, the response was quick and the issue was resolved.
Some features in their custom blocks could be improved. For example, some videos either appear way too small or too large. The signature/acceptance block is tricky to get the hang of as well. But for the most part, it's very straight forward and easy to use.

Qwilr is a great Apple-like product with great customer service. It just works and works very well, like a clean, elegant Apple app. It reminds me of Apple's iWeb: WYSIWYG, intuitive, and it just works the way it's supposed to. It's very stable. It has some great native integrations with the best apps in a number of functional categories, except for PayPal, as well as integration with the Zapier network for further integrations, making it an almost ideal hub for web content creation, storage, and publishing for your online documents. Qwilr has native integrations with Google Adwords, Google Maps, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, Crisp, Pipedrive, Xero, and several others, as well as third-party integrations with the Zapier network of the most popular web apps.

  • Pays for itself with great looking proposals that are interactive and easy to use.
Try all the apps in this space from the perspective of your prospects. Evaluate them by looking at their templates first because that'll give you the best idea of many of your prospects' first impressions of your company that each app can provide. If an app has a boatload of features and integrations but the proposals your prospects see look like old-fashioned paper documents that don't exploit the richness of the web, then what value are all the features and integrations?
